John serviced my apartment last month, on August 25th, 2025. Did a great job. Highly respectable gentleman, I would recommend him anytime. Just today, September 16th, 2025, John was unable to come himself. I couple other young kids showed to perform a follow-up. The one white young man... And I use that term very loosely. He had a very flip mouth on him. He had no respect. None that he showed. I wonder if he acts this way or speaks the way he did today when working with John, very doubtful. Two years ago they came out to clean my dryer vent and they did a great job; they were very professional, arrived on time, and cleaned up when they left. This year I had them come out to do a whole house air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. I got a discount because I am a return customer. The technician, Milan, was wonderful. It's rare these days to experience exceptional service from companies, but that's exactly what I just experienced. Ernesto and a partner (woman, didn't get her name) came at the promised timeframe today, and worked on my air ducts and dryer vent for 6 hours. Yep, 6 hours. They were exceptional. Keeping me informed all along the way, taking before and after pictures. Taking my additional request to clean the bathroom exhaust vents while they were here, and even installed a critter screen on my rooftop dryer exhaust (after all, we had two birds nests in there....scary!) After Lowe's came to clean the dyer vents at my condo building, my dryer was no longer venting. I contacted them and initially they said they would send someone to check the vent. They then called back and said my vent was never clean because it was disconnected and they could not help me. This was strange because the dryer was working fine before they came. Also, in my trash there was foil tape that you would wrap around the vent. This made me think that they did try to clean the vent despite saying they did nothing. I contacted my management company who said there were never any previous issues with my vent. I called Lowe's back and told them this and they still insisted that they never touched it but would check with the technician. I looked into it my self and found that in the section of the vent between the dryer and the ceiling there was a mass of lint the size of a small animal (see the picture). It was so large that moisture from the dryer had also built up and flooded the bottom of the vent hose. The building manager was then able to clear another mass of lint from the section of the vent in the ceiling and the dryer then started venting to the outside. It was never disconnected like Lowe's said. It seems they started cleaning it and just jammed the dust all the way back to the dryer. Why they didn't finish removing it is a mystery. If they ever service my building again, I will refuse. read more

Moved into our first home 1 week ago, only to quickly discover that the dryer was completely useless. Long story short, the vent was so stopped up that there were puddles of water in the vent lines. The Lowe's tech called a bit before he arrived, showed up on time, and was very communicative the whole time he was here. A guy from the company arrived at my place on time and it seems that he worked hard. Yet, I wonder how much others pay for this seemingly simple job. I paid $799 for 1 system with 4 zones (according to his explanation). And that guy didn't screw out the vents but just brushed the outsides and taped them to close. And then, he sucked ducts using his machine. He removed all the tapes and... that's it. I expected that he would remove vent covers and put some hose inside to clean up with more care. All the job was done in 2 hours himself and I had to pay $799. I am pretty sure that I won't hire any duct cleaning if others also take the same process for cleaning my ducts, as this company does. Sorry for this negative comment, Lowe's but I feel your service is very expensive, considering what you've done for my duct. read more

I purchase air duck clean for $500 from Lowe's Air Duct cleaning, for starter they don't have a powerful outdoor vacuum, they use a indoor one that run on 115v. The Service person came and seems to be in a big hurry, speed a couple minutes per vent so he can be done in a little more than one hour, the industry standard is 2- 3 hours and with two person team. The service person also don't seal other registers while clean one of them which is another industry standard practice. The worse is he did not clean the return air duck and supply duck separately and vacuum some of the dirt and dusk through the furnace. read more

I'm quite frustrated after my service. I called to set up air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning, had an appointment between 2-4pm and our technician didn't show up until 6pm for what was supposed to be a 2-3 hour job. I got no communication from the company on this until I called myself wondering where they were. He did our duct cleaning but left without doing our dryer vent without much explanation--he just said the vent was "too high." We were not offered any before/after pictures either. I had to call to get more information. Apparently this company does not have ladders tall enough to accommodate vents coming out of the top floor of 2-story homes, so if that's your situation, look elsewhere. I'm annoyed that he didn't tell us that BEFORE the entire service was started when he did his walk-through to look at all the vents, because now I have to find another company to do just that rather than taking advantage of a package price that I thought I was getting. I've now wasted a bunch of time on this and still don't have a dryer vent cleaned. The person on the phone told me "they didn't know the dryer vent was my priority." He explained every step to me and he worked very hard to make sure our duct will be clean. It takes him three hours to finish cleaning since our system never cleaned before.
