Lowe's in Ashtabula has a young man who works in lawn and garden and helps load the mulch. His name is Steven and he has helped me two different times with mulch. Bought a floor model dishwasher on January 28th. Never received an install email or phone call for 9 days. Was told the installers would contact me within 48 hrs. Called Lowes Ashtabula store on the 8th day and was told " The installers came to pick up your unit but we told them it was not shipped here yet. It's a floor model and it's been here." Went up there after work the next day to confirm delivery and wanted the store manager JOE to schedule with the installers for me because I did not want to get caught up in the automated loophole for hrs but JOE was rude and said " Do you want a refund ?" I had a bad customer experience at Lowe's in Ashtabula Oh. I called an asked to speak to a manager and was told none was available. I called there customer service number and registered a complaint and asked for a manager call back. After several days of not getting a call back, i called corporate customer service again and was told there system must have made a mistake and did not get the message to the store manager. I had a great experience picking up my online sos order.--simple friendly done. Sadly while waiting I encountered 2 employees who kept removing their masks and 3 who came in to work with no mask on untill after they were fully in their department . Lowes installed a window and the installers didn't insulate it or shim it right. During the cold winds of winter, my room was 44 degrees from the cold air coming in all around the window. That happened to be the room that had the thermostat in, so the whole house was under 48 degrees. Of course my heat bills were sky high and they promised they would fix it and kept putting me off and putting me off. To this date, it is still not fixed. Wikk never shop there again. I have bought paint, carpet, a generator, and many more things there. They will be losing a lot of business from my family, neighbors and friends. This will be their loss. read more
