This is one of the cleanest, well organized Home Depot stores I have ever been to. The aisles are well organized and just look very clean. We were greated by several employees, though none asked if we needed help finding anything. The prices, all things considered, were very reasonable all around. If I'm ever in this area again, I wouldn't hesitate shop here again. read more

Just had our 2nd appliance delivered in 6 months. (Freezer and stove). With both purchases from order to delivery everything went great. Your delivery guys were very professional. Even pointed out the places they see the most damage occur during shipping. Following the look over both appliances arrived in pristine condition. To my ENTIRE Veteran family; and any of those that care about Veterans, please think twice about shopping at Home Depot in Ashtabula! I had a cart full of stuff and I did not have my Veteran ID card; my status is listed on my Ohio state drivers license, my truck was clearly visible with Veteran plates and I have a POW/MIA tattoo on my arm ... Brian the manager would not offer me a Veterans discount!! In fact, he challenged me and said where does it say I'm entitled to a discount!?! WTF!! It is clear that they want to make Vets jump through hoops and do everything they can to make it difficult; Lowe's has an easy process and I can just input my phone number now for the discount. @HomeDepot - you should be extremely shamed!! I suppose profits are more important than honoring those that served!!! read more

home depot sucks they give a hard time returning items even when you have a recite. most of the time they tell you you're not going to get the money back .the customer service sucks .YOU SHOULD GO TO LOWE'S at least they dont give a hard time read more

I don't go to Home Depot often so I never know where the items are that I'm looking for, especially when I'm getting things for my husband. I am always asked if I need help finding anything, usually by more than one person. If who I'm talking to doesn't know the answer to my question they find someone who does. Though I feel out of my element in the store all the employees make me feel welcome! read more

If you need help don't go here. You'll walk around for a half an hour before you find somebody in any department to help you. I'm not going here anymore I'll go down the street to Lowe's. At least there there's five people in any department that will help you. I only went here because somebody bought me a gift card. read more
