The worst customer service in the appliance department I've ever experienced. Even though there was a person working in the department both times I went in, no one asked if I needed help. I was in the department for 25-30 minutes both times. I went to the competition after no service and bought an appliance. I'll never return to Lowe's. Baskets full of their stuff such as empty boxes and shelving type stuff sitting in baskets in random isles around the store. Poor management. read more

These guys really took care of us during the Black Friday bucket giveaway. Not only did they set boundaries at the beginning, but the managed everyone well during and had a good flow. Unfortunately my mug (shaped like a cute bucket) was broken, but we went back and they took my information to see what corporate can do. They did not brush me off. Went to lumber to find materials for shelf building in our RV, right away Colton walks up and says,"Can I help you find something sir?" The worst customer service. Went in three times to order custom countertops. First time, the only person who is trained to take the orders wasn't there.I was told a specific time to come back, person still not there. I was told to come back at same time the next day, as no one could find the person. I did and still couldn't find anyone to order the countertops. On my third visit I explained that I've been trying to be there when their person who can order countertops, that this was my third visit when I was told the person would be there. They said the person must be at lunch. I left my name and number for the person to call me, that was a week ago. Horrible time waste. Heading to Home Depot where they're better managed. read more

Over an hour to get loaded. They have pro parking under the loading dock which is a nightmare. Employees are trying their best to work around the incompetence of their management. The ladies at checkout were very professional. Loading guys worked non stop but at a slow and careful pace thanks to the "brilliant" idea of having parking under the loading dock. read more

We purchased an appliance on April 29th and was told it would be delivered the next day. Today is May 10th and no delivery. I was sent a message yesterday saying it would be delivered on May 17th instead. They are by far the worst store I have ever dealt with. We have had other bad experiences with them as well. We just bought a house here to find the dishwasher didn't work and I need to unpack and now wash everything by hand as if there isn't enough to do with moving. so moved here first of March, was met with the surprise that the rental did NOT have the w/d as I was told, so went immediately out to Loew's in Bentonville and purchased a w/d by whirlpool, paid cash, they delivered it a day and 1200 bucks later. since day one, the dryer keeps blowing out the heating element or the dryer belt snaps, and the washer no longer uses the "depth" perception only fills halfway; I am 71 and I expect something I pay for to work correctly or be replaced but NO...neither Lowe's (sorry its whirlpools responsibility not ours one day after I bought it), nor whirlpool who stated they want to send out a tech in TWO WEEKS, TEST AND SEE IF IT'S MY FAULT, THEN FIX IF NECESSARY...I will NEVER buy either from this store, or Whirlpool again. I am going to buy new applicances, throw this crap to the curb and warn everyone I know to stay far away from both Lowe's and Whirlpool. read more

WOW! What a different kind of store! Let me start with the fact that I am sprucing up our new home in Bella Vista and not quite moved into it from Chicago yet. Well, our very practical and valued 30 year old waterbed headboard, (yeah....you read that right) was badly gouged/scraped/scratched in a move of furnished items from Chi-Town to Bella Vista. Wifey was sooooo distressed. I thought I could sand down the gouges. I did, and the white pine underneath was standing out like a beacon, I expected this, BUT.....how can I match the stain and make it blend in as if nothing happened??? Enter, POLINA. She took out some small sample cans of paint and worked with me on a personal level while juggling the other customers. Long story short, POLINA not only saved the project but wifey said "it's looks better than new now!" ***HAPPY WIFE HAPPY LIFE!*** Than I mentioned in passing that I need some tile. Polina said "come with me and I will introduce you to Anjah in the tile dept." which she did. The specialized treatment and customer service from Polina played a MAJOR role in the success of my new Bella Vista home projects. Thank you Polina, and thank you LOWES! I'm only leaving this review because there are so many negative reviews for Lowe's that seem like they are from millennials who complain a lot. A guy who couldn't find a steamer so he gave up and ordered it on amazon? Cmon learn to find stuff yourself and stop relying so much on others. Stop being so helpless. I've had pretty good experiences here. I'm a veteran and they always thank me for my service and give me a discount for my service as well. They allow all friendly dogs (even non service animals) so it's almost assured that you can meet some new furry friends when you visit or even take your own. Also I've never had the issues people talk about with customer service. I can always find someone willing to help me when needed. They have helped me with carry outs, done deliveries, rented equipment to me, etc. I will be the first to admit that most people working at Lowe's are not home improvement professionals, they are mostly just regular people like you and me so don't go there expecting them to be experts. They probably make minimum wage or close to it. Have some patience and understanding. If you want a professional then PAY for one and get a contractor to come out and do the work for you. Sorry for ranting but the low reviews bugged me. read more

Unprofessionalism start to finish. Live in Little Rock, house carpet was being installed in is in Bentonville, Wasted my time from work with 4 carpet install appointments made and cancelled by Lowes. (Drove back and forth each time only to have appointment cancelled). When installer finally showed, he left my Property at risk by leaving garage bay door and garage door leading into the house open & unlocked. When carpet finally installed, baseboards in both rooms had several scrapes/nicks from install job requiring rooms to be repainted - more cost on our part. Bottom line: I will NEVER recommend Legacy or Lowes to anyone for any flooring project. Thoroughly disappointed in the lack of professionalism shown by both companies. Bought an Oklahoma Joes Grill from them and every person I have spoken to told me I need to get with Oklahoma Joe in regards to warranty. The dang grill won't hold temp properly and keeps throwing error codes every single time I try to use it. If it actually works, it won't read temps correctly and I have only owned it for 4 months. Absolutely terrible customer service and I would not recommend going to them for anything. read more

Again another Lowe's store I've spent many a times at. Came here needing a hot water heater the guy took his time and showed me what I was needing. Very good salesman who knew what he was talking about. Also they have a great isle of smokers and charcoal. Love browsing in this isle it has it all wood chops, rubs for smoking and much more. I purchased a Washer and Dryer on 3/4. The sales man told me it would be delievered Sunday. Saturday evening, I recieved an email saying it would be delivered 3/5 between 330-730pm. At 745, I called the number the sales man gave me and they told me the truck was 9 stops away, the driver called me and asked to redeliver, I said NO i wanted it today, he said "ok, its going to be late" at 11 I called the number again and they informed me the driver told them he tried to call me and I did not answer, so he marked my delivery as "undeliverable" Today, I call and they cannot deliver. Now its "sometime" tomorrow! I will NEVER use Lowes delivery service again, they are HORRIBLE! read more

We live two hours away, so we always check online to make sure items are in stock as well as call the store. We arrive and the first two employees can't tell us where the item is and say it's out of stock. We show them the listing (which conveniently shows which aisle and bay) and say it's there but listed in the wrong space. So they help us find it, which was slightly annoying at how long it took, but worked. We get to the item and there are two choices - MDR and pine. We want pine. We ask a couple of associates in the lumber section who were standing around talking if either had a second to help us - one rudely walks away and the other says he's busy but i'll help you. We bring him over to the aisle and have a couple questions about the item. He tells us it's MDR not pine, so I point out there are two and we're looking at the one marked pine. He continues to tell us it's not pine and tries to scrape off paint to prove it (they were pre-primed baseboards) and when he gets to wood STILL says it's not pine. We brought him over to help with something unrelated but the guy couldn't believe that despite showing wood, and despite being marked wood, it was in fact wood. In the end he literally just laughed at us, never answered our original question, and walked away. Worst customer service to date. If your lumber people can't recognize lumber, maybe you should move them to paint or appliances. Just saying. read more

We ordered a new outside door for our lower level. This was in March, 2022. It was the first step before installing a bedroom and dinette for a family member. Finally, after a few months, the door was installed by a Lowes installer. Every time it rains the water come in and is staring to rot the wall. After extensive work on our part (35 photos) the installer noted that it did leak but it was the manufacturer's fault. After more calls and photos a manufacturer rep came from Chicago and determined that it did leak but it was the installer's fault. We received a message from Lowes (after numerous phone calls) that an installer would be out to reinstall the door. Two weeks later Lowes calls and says they need more photos and that the installer and manufacturer have to be there at the same time. Bottom line is the door was purchased and installed by Lowes! No other choice but at get legal advice leverage ! read more

I use this store because it is closer than Rogers. We are building a house so we are spending a lot of money at Lowe's and other surrounding home improvement stores. Today I visited to get a dish washer, oven and some breakers. Jeanette was the person that helped us in the appliance department. She told us there were 3 in stock and they couldn't find any of them. Over 45 minuets in this store with less than qualified associates is very frustrating. I had customer service issues. love Lowes, so now shop at the Rogers store and am very pleased.

The staff that sold the flooring was excellent. However, the team that was responsible for calling about when the materials would be delivered never called us and have extremely poor communication skills. The whole representative team is in a constant mode of saying, "we will call you back," and never do. Some even just hang up, or leave one on hold for extraordinary long periods of time. I give two exceptions, one of the managers and the delivery person finally did return our call, after many many times of trying to find when our materials would arrive. The whole experience begins in late January when we first purchased our flooring, one rep at the store told us that Lowe's did not deliver? Another rep said that the flooring would be delivered to our garage once it got in. It turns out Lowes does deliver. A good few months later, the team to install the flooring was coming in a few days. So, my husband called and called, about the materials, only to be left on hold, and to no response. He finally got ahold of someone and they said it was there and that it would be delivered on Monday. Monday came and Monday went. He called every day, and no response, as he was placed on hold for long periods of time, and 20 minutes on the phone? My husband also went down to talk to someone at this Lowe's two times, and no one helped him in any way. Then, the 3rd day or so he got ahold of someone on the phone who said that the load would be delivered the next day. That day came and went and nobody called and there was no delivery. The next day he called again. After waiting on the phone for at least 20 minutes, a representative stated that the load could not be delivered as it was raining, and it would come the next day. The next day came and went, and still no flooring and no phone call. Then I thought I would try. I called and waited on the phone for 40 minutes. First, a rep said that the flooring would not be delivered today and that was not on the docket. Then, another rep got on the phone stating that he could find our account, and see what was going on. Then he said that there was no flooring listed as being purchased on our account at all. ?? He said he could see the time when we bought appliances. ?? I asked how was that? He said that he wasn't being allowed to see it. ?? Toward the end of the 40 minute wait time, the assistant manager told me that it was to be delivered today, and he would call to not "leave us hanging". It was 6:30 P.M., and we finally had a phone call stating that the flooring, alas, will arrive and it was being placed on the truck. By the way, we live 7 miles away from the store or 20 minutes away. I called again after waiting two hours, as no truck had arrived. One of the representative said "don't yell at me!" after trying to tell of our terrible experience. No empathy there. We were ready to cancel the entire order, and look for new flooring from another store. We did not receive our order until 8:30 p.m. at night, two hours after the call saying it was on the way. The delivery people were respectful and tried to do the best that they could, and we don't blame them. But the customer service team, and the people who answer the phones are rude, have zero answers and keep one hanging for days. Sad way to treat customers who've paid over $10,000 for materials. read more

We have been trying to return custom ordered blinds that were ordered four weeks ago. They arrived six days ago, in the wrong color and wrong dimensions than the original placed order. The Sales Specialist, Lindi Button, whom I worked with remembered my purchase and color we ordered and knew it was wrong all around. Lindi was very professional and patient with our dilemma and stated she would place a reorder right away with correct color and find out why they were cut wrong. Also would contact me back shortly to schedule their delivery/pickup van to pick up the blinds that were delivered due to size of the custom blinds not fitting in any of my vehicles. Six days later I find out the reorder has not been placed, Lindi has been out sick the entire time and no one was notified or scheduled to pick up unusable blinds when she is out and the van service was never arranged and the reorder never placed. I finally spoke to Todd in the same department who arranged the van to come by and informed me the reorder was not placed due to they have to receive the wrong ones first before they reorder. Ashton the driver of the van, called at 9:55am and said he has five stops to make before getting to us and it would be mid afternoon. At 4:30 I reached out to Ashton and he stated he still has two more stops to make out of the five and it will be two more hours before he can arrive. Finally I call to speak to a store manager, due to Lindi not responding to texts or calls to mobile phone or store. As a last resort, I call the store to speak to the store manager and customer service agent doesn't know who that is or who to ask but to call back in the morning and someone else will know. This has been an uncomfortable experience at best. read more

Lowes in Bentonville gets a big thumbs down for me. I purchased a armstrong/bruce flooring that started to bubble after 2 weeks. after three years of complaint and 50% qf my new floor bubbled they finally came out to see the mess my floor was in. They told me I could come in and pick out a new floor which they charged me 1000 dollars for when the floor arrived it was not the floor I chose,now I am out 4500. For a floor I did not chose. Lowes contractor couldn't see a straight line if you pointed it out as the fence they installed looks like a kid put it up!
