The Salesman name is Cody.. everything started off great, Cody offered me the unit for a very reasonable price. , I asked if shipping could be included, and Cody said he would get back to me... The entire day went by, and he never got back to me.. When I called the next day, he said they could not include the shipping. I asked how much it was, and he did not know, which indicated he never did get a shipping quote to ask the " Powers Above " if they could include the shipping. I asked him to invoice the machine to us, so we would own the machine while we figure out the shipping, and Cody then said he could not do that .. What ??? Makes no sense. I told him we would send out our own truck for pick up , and he hung the phone up, and proceeded to block me on Facebook... How does a company stay in Business treating customers this way... We were a Wire Transfer Paying customer, that needed no financing. Easy Transaction.. This Cody guy sent pictures , specs , and a price, confirmed availability. Then just went off the chart.. dont get it.. Very Very bad customer service. Ive reached out to their owner ( Bradley (Brad) Owens, by leaving messages with the parts and service people with no reply yet. Be very careful of this company as this may have been a blessing in disguise. What a weird and unusual way to treat a customer about to drop over over 34K

I told Angela that I had just left the store and that I had had a very poor and disappointing experience with Sandy and Stephanie at the front desk. Angela asked what had happened. When I told her; she simply apologized (without taking sides or speaking disparagingly about anyone at the business) and asked how she could make it right. That is exactly what you should expect from a local family business who values and appreciates their customers. Bottom Line: If you are greeted by someone who is cheerful and anxious to help you then you are probably good to go. If not, then you've just met Sandy or Stephanie ... ask for Angela and then proceed with more confidence.

In our front yard they brought in a truckload if topsoil which desperately needed (over our rocky Neosho soil). Then they used a tractor to spread the soil. Then a crew of men used shovels to hand finish the edges. The last step was to spray hydro seed over the top. Jon is such a pro. He is patient, shows up on time, and honors his price. When I needed him to come back out and make an adjustment, he listened and took it well. To be specific... once I got around to cutting weeds and taking g my fence line, I could see that the new topsoil was too thick at the edges because it was covering a few inches of my fence. Jon brought his crew back, while I was home, and used shovels to adjust the slope, checking with me as they were going, to make sure he was understanding what I wanted it to look like. I'm a realtor and have since used him to repair a deck. I asked him a BIG favor to squeeze me in immediately for the small deck repair job that wouldn't make him much money. He did I it! And he treated that job like it WAS big money. He did more work than necessary, did not charge extra, left the site perfectly clean, and did it all on time and within budget. He is a keeper. I will be using him again and again.

My husband and I religiously watered the lawn two to three times a day; however, it was obvious within a few weeks we had bad dirt because the lawns sprouted weeds on at least 70% of the lawn before the grass even began to grow. In the late summer we discovered the lawn was infested with Johnson grass--a noxious grass that is impossible to kill. We had been contacting Meyco throughout the summer. There was very little new dirt; the foundation of the houses were still exposed; and the lawns were nothing but weeds. When the owner finally contacted us, he said he would split the cost of a very expensive, extremely toxic herbicide to kill the Johnson grass. I emailed him questions about the effectiveness of the product, and he never responded the rest of the year. I winterized the weeds and applied weed and feed this spring. Our lawns are now 100% weeds. The only solution the owner offered this year when I contacted him was splitting $420 for the herbicide. The herbicide will not help kill the rest of the weeds. We are now out $2,800, will have to Roundup the entire lawns, pay someone to till up the bad dirt, get new dirt, and reseed it ourselves. We have dealt fairly with the company from the beginning and paid promptly. We asked for advice and help right when we noticed problems. This has been an expensive, frustrating experience for us, and we are only beginning another long, labor-intensive job that could have been remedied last summer if Meyco Landscape and Construction honored their work and cared more for their customers than just cashing their checks.
