I had gone in there to get weed killer for…read moremy yard and when I took it to the register, it was more than the price it was underneath and the girl tried to get a hold of whoever else in the store asked if there was some sales she didn't know about, etc. I went over there. I took a picture of the product you can clearly see in that picture where I had taken the one off the shelf, and there were still more behind it. When I did the review I was contacted and I was told that whatever it scans is the price it is. Long story short they are closing the store. I decided to go back in there and take a peek and the item that they told me was more than the price. It was listed on it. They still have that price underneath that item that makes no sense to me, especially when the so-called manager told me that a customer probably put it there. Well a customer did not stock those shelves and to go in there after all the complaining I did to see that that same price is still under that product. It's probably a good thing that this store is closing that being said it is the fault of Westlake for allowing people to carry their name, and I am not done with them and I am not done with this I will continue to post this over all social media accounts to make sure that Westlake understands you allow people to carry your name. You are responsible for that.

When I gave it to my husband for his birthday he noticed it was used, rusted, and still had fuel in it. We called the store Manager CRAIG and his response was "Call Stihl, you have a warranty!!!" Was a total asshole on the phone, lied and said he didn't have another NEW one in stock. We went up there immediately and discovered he DID have another new one in stock. He proceeded to hand it over without even apologizing or transferring the warranty over to the new serial number. If this store cares at all about its customers and service, I think they should maybe rethink keeping Craig on as Manager. He was incredibly rude and unapologetic- a total lying asshole. But they stock all of the basics and carry quality brands. Value here is best of all chain stores thanks to the constant sale ads they run. They even beat Walmart and Amazon. Service here is lets say adequate. They only have a handful of workers usually running the checkouts. So there is a good chance you will have to wait for help. Plus lines get long on the weekends. This is a redneck hangout and these folks tend to stare. Just be prepared for that ladies.

I paid for delivery and assembly this past Saturday, but the delivery guy dropped off the furniture stacked on top of each other on two huge wooden slats that I could not even move. He refused to assemble the furniture and and left everything blocking the backyard gate. I reported a complaint to corporate and they emailed me back trying to set up a time to come assemble the furniture, but by that time I had already hired someone else to do it for me. That same night there was a huge flooding scare in OKC, so I'm grateful for the other company who helped me out. Home Depot refused to give me a discount but offered me a $50 gift card instead.
