I kindly asked the front desk for help with one roll of fencing (that I could simply pick up and walk to the counter to pay for). I was told that they already locked the yard for the day. I asked when they closed, and was told about 10 minutes from now. I again asked to pick up one roll of fencing, and was again told that they were not going to unlock the door to allow me to pick it up. I'm sorry, but you've lost my business. If you close at a set time, please don't close up early and pretend that you close at your set time. Who knows how early they had the yard closed before I arrived.
