Lowe's gives the sam old vibe. Lots employees are around but, they never ask you if you need help. I tried to talk to a rep in a different department but, he ended up dodging me. I decided to go up to another employee and ask him where the dehumidifiers were. He said, I'll ten. Then he looked at me like I was crazy for not knowing? I went to Aisle 10 only to find a slim, pricey and picked over selection of dehumidifiers. I decided to take my business to Walmart. As, I was walking around I noticed some large work wear attire. Looks like a new edition to Lowe's. Overall, the employees keep to themselves, there was not a variety of dehumidifiers that were pricey and new Work wear is being sold. read more

The service at this store is awful. Mouthy unhelpful condescending employees with no customer service training. Is a nightmare to try to do business at this store. I devise to avoid this store. The latest issue is I tried to return a craftsman drill where the handle to the drill cracked open. They gave me a number for craftsman and told me good luck. They did not have another on to buy. As first-time homeowners, Lowe's has quickly become my husband and I's new date night spot! It's great. We find that this Lowe's has an awesome staff who is ready to help you find the right products. Shout out to Patrick who has helped us multiple times. This store is not bigger than the one off Bryant Irving but they always seem to have our product in stock at a reasonable price. The biggest bonus to date nights here is that you don't have to find a sitter. The store is kid and dog friendly. Quincy, our pup, especially loves when she gets to third wheel the experience. She eagerly sniffs through the aisles and unabashedly takes any attention staff or patrons give her. PRO TIP: If you are hungry, there's what smells like a fantastic hot dog cart right outside. It's a good store, clean enough and well stocked. The staff is always helpful at check out, getting a greeting going down the aisles is another thing all together, as that is hit and miss. The location is good, tho the access from the side streets requires some driving, as there isn't a straight away entrance when coming from the south. We had recently purchased a refrigerator from this store so went in to find a dishwasher and found one on sale that was discontinued. Tried to purchase it but was told the floor model could not be sold until a replacement came in. The associate advised we could get it when new model arrive. She took our phone # and advised she would call us when new model came in. Gave her our # and went by the following week and she advised she still had our # and assure me she would call when the new model arrived. she also advise that we were the only people on the list to purchase this specific dishwasher. Went in the following week (today) and was advised the dishwasher had been sold. Felt they were telling us "too bad so sad". Extremely disappointed that a company that tries to portray a good customer image would not honor their commitments to their customer. Do not buy cabinets here! Purchased over $30,000 in cabinets in March of 2022. When the order came in about 16 weeks later, there were several cabinets that needed to be returned and replaced for various reasons. The main reason being the inexperienced cabinet designer, who not surprisingly doesn't work there anymore. When the new order was placed I was overcharged by over $2500 and when I showed them their mistake they would only credit me back a portion of their mistakes not all. Was basically told take it or leave it. Not to mention it took me over 3 months for them to even give me any credit at all. This place sold me a ride on mower. They never put it together right . It feel apart on my son. Just moving it for me. I called 10. Times been informed. Some one would call me back. No body has yet . We went in to buy a fountain for our back yard. We found the one we liked on display but couldn't find it in the box. We went inside to find someone to ask and an employee approached us and asked if we needed help. We told him what we were looking for and he followed us back outside. He said he would go look for it inside. 15 minutes later, we were till sweating outside sitting on him. We went back inside and found a female employee. She called him on their handhelds and he said he hadn't been able to find it. So he couldn't find it, but couldn't walk back outside to tell us. Just left us standing out there. She walked outside with us, scanned the SKU code and said it looked like they had 2 of them. But she also couldn't find any other than the display. We asked if we could buy the display but she said no. She told me that the Lake Worth store had 2 and that I should write down the name of the fountain and call them to see if they had them. Didn't offer to call them for me. Didn't ask if I had anything to write on ( I didn't). Just said that was her advice. At this point we've been outside in the heat for 30 minutes. We asked to speak with a manager. For the life of me, I can't remember his name, but he was bald and was wearing a veterans camp Lowe's vest. We asked if we could buy the display and he immediately said yes, got a ladder, got the fountain off the high shelf, took it inside and plugged it in. Then took it to the cashier for us AND gave us a huge discount for all the problems we had. He was so polite and nice. Totally made up for the other two employees! We are seniors and it can be difficult finding what we need. We were in the garden section and Grant came up to us and asked if we needed help. We said yes please, he got a cart and loaded it up with the mulch we wanted. All the while talking with such a great attitude. He carried the cart to the register and then to the car and loaded it. Do not buy appliances here! Ordered a $1,000 dishwasher on 9/3. Delivery and install was suppose to be the next week. Then they tell me the dishwasher isn't available and it would next be available "maybe in October- but probably November" Could not believe what I was hearing! I kept calling and calling and the store would blame the distributor- then corporate would refer me back to the store. Not once did anyone offer any solution at all. Then I finally get the good news it is to be delivered and installed on 10/2. The installer opened the box for inspection at the store and it has a GIANT dent. Someone called me to inform me they emailed distribution AGAIN and had no idea when a new dishwasher would be available. Then the "new" manager refunded and cancelled it all without my permission! He sent over $200 back to a debit card that I no longer use! Tried to reach out to corporate and they continue to refer me to the store! I don't know why I didn't just find a new dishwasher elsewhere sooner- but on the afternoon of 10/2 I went to Best Buy website and bought EXACT same dishwasher (they even threw in the $200 install/parts) and it was installed this morning!!!! Can't believe it! So if you want to just have a terrible experience where no one can give you a satire factory answer- heck- even be RUDE to you on the phone- go to white settlement lowes! read more

I have been shopping at Lowe's and this one in particular for years. And I am done. Years and years of constant disappointment. Not only for this store location but for the bigger company overall. I am so sick of the lower and lower expectations and terrible work from window installs to simple purchases like ceiling lights and fans that are broke within a year of purchase. Lawn items and plants that are trash. Everything in the store is trash and sold as high end. Brand new Lawn mowers that are broke out the box and you return it, are given a brand new replacement, BROKE OUT THE BOX AGAIN. And then told you can't get your money back because it's been over 30 days since purchase. HolyF*** $400+ gone. It is always a disaster and YOU the customer will always pay for broken out of the box items. You won't be able to return it. You won't be able to get a refund. You literally will pay more then you will ever get in return. And you will be told a lying story and a different one EVERY TIME a shift changes or they don't want to be deal with you or be held accountable whatsoever for their deceit!. An excuse you the customer will never be able to recoup lost time and money on. And LOWES will never admit they did anything wrong and they will deny any compensation or correction for THEIR ERRORS. Every time! You pay GOOD money ...TOO much money in return for what you are told is a brand new working item. And it's broke. Out the box or installed incorrectly. I am DONE. I will never give LOWES or HOME DEPOT another cent of my money. I will give any other company my money and more of my money this this blatantly taking advantage of customers without a care for quality every time. Worst install service and experience- install sales team customer care basically nil. Ordered and contracted for a fence in February(2/22), good faith estimate was completion date of 4/11. Materials weren't even dropped off at property until 5/22- THREE months after contract signed and paid. And when the materials do show up, 3 months later, items are missing that their sales person tries to say we're not preferred by the customer yet are in the typed/emailed confirmation and proposal. Then, Lowe's, one of the big two nationwide home improvement chains, only had ONE installer for the north Texas region apparently. And he won't send his crew out of there is a fraction of a percent chance of rain, as you know living in Texas, weather is unpredictable- it could call for clear sunny weather and we get a freak snow storm- so they would not honor their scheduled install dates, canceling the night before, and every time it was rain free- They didn't install until threat of canceling the contract and demanding a refund, then magically they were able to get out the next day. Almost 3 weeks after fence is up, still missing some of the ordered materials(wood stain) when they finally get it in the sales person tries to act like he's giving us something we didn't order/request and we should be thankful- EVEN THOUGH ITS IN THEIR TYPED PROPOSAL! The entire experience has been frustrating- the sales person works on commission, gets the contract, and then you're left in the dark- there was NO communication from the store or install team- NO updates- When they screwed up there weren't apologies nor did they look for options to remedy situations- when they knew they already had an angry/frustrated customer due to their contractor/processes/screwups, why would they not do something to say, "let's make this right for you sir."? ZERO CUSTOMER CARE. Lowe's will definitely NOT be on our list of choices for our next home projects- Pick Home Depot! read more

May 29, 2011 went to purchase a dishwasher with an ad from Best Buy to price match! when I arrived the customer service was poor, had to wait 15 minutes before someone approached us! I'm Standing in the big ticket area!! appliances!! I wanted to price match my ad and they said sure, but they would not honor my Military discount on top of the Price match+10% !!! And for god sakes!! My family has served this country and Lowe's will not honor an additional 10% Military discount for Memorial day? because they can't combine 3 discounts? Customer service was AWOL. My son and I went to this Lowes, this evening to buy a Tool Cabinet . We were there for well over an hour looking at Tool Cabinets that were scattered around the store once he decided which one to buy. We waited for assistance. We stood there for about 45 minutes waiting for some employee to offer us some help . There were a number of employees walked passed us but no one offered to help us. We wanted to buy a $500 Tool Cabinet and no one wanted to sell it to us. What a way to run a business. read more

Let me preface this review by saying I love Jose G who works at this location. He has been super helpful in over $5000 of purchases at this Lowe's location! He always knows where everything is and has been awesome when I've ordered a set of patio doors, laundry room doors, and two exterior doors (all with installation) from him. I recommend him to EVERYONE! However, today I had an awful experience at this Lowe's location (Jose, of course, was not involved today as he is AMAZING). I had made an order on the Lowe's website 5 days ago for in store pickup. I was emailed earlier today saying my order was ready for pickup (all four items on the order were listed on the email saying the complete order was ready for pickup). Upon arriving at Lowe's, I was excited to see they had a new online pickup area. I went there, and no one was there, so I went to customer service. There a gentleman helped me and took me to the online order pickup area. He found three of my four items then spent awhile trying to contact someone to find the fourth item (a 4 pack of A/C filters). Eventually he got ahold of someone who then went to hunt down this item. Approximately 15-20 minutes after arrival, I am still waiting for this fourth item. That lady he had contacted eventually returns and says that my item is not in stock (although my email said all four items were ready for pickup!). She said she could swap it out for 2 two packs of the same AC filters (but this would cost me $30 more!). To have the item I had ordered shipped to me would cost $65 according to the gentleman. This seemed ridiculous especially since I had already spent over 25 minutes waiting for my online order that was supposed to be ready in its entirety! The whole reason I ordered online was to save time. I was frustrated and just cancelled the order completely. I will never make an in store pickup ever again at this store! read more

They stand behind their merchandise and always willing to return with no hassles. i have shopped their for years, spend lots of money with them and my credit card will vouch for that, will control keep coming back "Update" Please be aware of the is company and their line of credit, i have been with them for 10 years and have always paid my bills from them and i can't even tell you how much i have spent with is company, but the keep lowering my credit every time i pay them off. Went to Lowe's garden center on 183 in White Settlement today, May 8, looking for live ladybugs for my garden. I went to the cashier, Alondra, and asked if they had them. She snickered and laughed and looked amused and mumbled something. I asked her again if they carried them and she mumbled that she didn't know. I asked if she could check. She looked at me like she had no idea what they were. She snickered again and made a call, asked the person on the other end in a half laugh if they had them, made a snarky remark, laughed again and then hung up. She said that was the manager who is over the garden center and he said they didn't have them, with a smirk on her face. I told her you can buy them but was glad she found my request humorous. I get that Lowe's has a hard time finding decent employees, but at least if they're ignorant they should be trained to be friendly and not rude. When I got in the car I called Calloway's Nursery and the friendly guy who answered the phone immediately said they had ladybugs and I drove straight there and bought them. Plus they had a ladybug house which I also bought. It's not the first time I've encountered rude employees at this Lowe's. They really need to train them better or they will lose my business. read more

My problem starts about three weeks ago. I came in on the 4th of July to buy a grill. I knew full well that I would probably not come home with a grill because of how busy the 4th is for hardware and BBQ stores, but I haven't been out of the house much and my girlfriend and I thought it would be fun to go and look at some options. I was very pleased with Lowes selection and I was actually able to find something that looked like it would work for me. They only had a couple of boxed model left in the store and after wheeling it out and getting the dimensions, we decided that it would not fit in our car and that it would have to be delivered to my house. Lowe's happily explained that they offer free delivery but there would be a slight delay due to all the Holiday purchases. I completely understood and excitedly set up the delivery and went home. Lowe's told me that they expected it would take about 10 days and scheduled a delivery date of July 14th. They said that if it changed, they would let me know. After hearing nothing from they by July 13th, I decided to call and check in. The person on the phone seemed to struggle with something in the system, but eventually assured me that everything should be good for the original plan unless I heard otherwise. On the morning of the 14th I got a voicemail from an employee from the delivery department saying that they could not delivery today because they were still waiting for my grill to arrive, but that they hoped to get it to me this weekend and explained that they had rescheduled my estimated delivery for the upcoming Sunday 18th. This is when my alarms started going off. Why are they waiting for my grill to arrive? I already purchased the grill in the store. I saw the box. We brought the box to my car. I almost took it home with me on the day of purchase. How are they waiting for it to arrive in the store? I wish I knew who exactly I talked to on the 14th, but it was several different employees. They did not admit it at first, but after probing the situation it became clear that they had sold my grill to someone else. At this point I was upset, but I was willing to let them rectify the situation. I talked with several different employees and eventually began to find out that Lowe's did not have any more of my model in the store. After I suggest that maybe they can order it from another nearby location I discover that none of the Lowe's nearby have the model either. This is where things get very difficult for me. Ove the next few days I spent literally hours on the phone and in person with several more employees trying to find a solution. There did not seem to be any record of the ongoing situation, so I had and still have to explain my situation over and over again. I will admit that there were some helpful people, but still nothing had been done to solve the problem or give me an answer on what to expect. It took a while, but eventually I met with a manager who discussed the possibility of getting me the floor model once they checked it for missing parts and that they would get back to me. After hearing nothing for a couple days, I called back and was told it was missing a part, but that they would try to order it, I was told again that they would call me back when they found out. It has been almost a week since then. I called back two days ago and asked if there was an update. They had nothing for me but said they would call me back once they found out. I have still heard nothing. At the end of the day, all I want is the grill I picked out. I purchased a grill in the store and saw the box with my own eyes. They sold it to someone else and kept me in the dark until the morning of my delivery and then had no idea that they had done something wrong when I explained my side of the situation. At every stage I have been told: "We have your number on file, we will call you as soon as we find something out." I have heard this line approximately 10-15 times from at least 4 different people, and yet, not once have they called me back on their own. I have had to reach out time and time again just to find out if I will ever get the grill I purchased. I still have no idea if I will ever get it. They refunded me once out of nowhere, without my permission or request, and then when I expressed an interest in still trying to get the grill, they recharged me for the purchase. All I want is for someone to take some initiative/interest in my situation and reach out to me. Please just tell me what to expect from this ongoing situation. I am tired from of navigating the automated system just to find out nothing. At this point, I cannot recommend this Lowe's to anyone. Although I have dealt with several very nice and seemingly helpful people, my issue remains unresolved. read more

I went this morning thinking I could get some items easily. I tried to find some items and couldn't. I rang the buzzer for help after 15 minutes someone finally showed up. I ask for the items and was a lie because he didn't want to walk over and help me. Another customer helped me. When I checked out the woman tried to everything in one bag and I asked for one more ot was too heavy to talk with a cane. The whole time she was making faces at the cashier. Went here to buy a piece of wood to fix my fence. I know that they will cut a board for you so I asked the men in the department to do that for me. I was very disappointed to hear them tell me that the wood was "impossible to cut". I was even more annoyed when they tried to explain to me why wood is "impossible to cut". I was disappointed with the conduct of an employee in the appliances department. This employee made it very clear that my query about a disposal cap and a water filter were an annoyance. As I was attempting to locate the pertinent information about the filter, the employee abruptly started helping another couple. I attempted to give the employee the information, and I was rudely dismissed and told to wait "over there." When the employee finished with the couple that interrupted, the ensuing behavior was sarcastic and blatantly rude. I happen to shop at this location, and a few others on a regular basis. In fact, I dealt with the same appliance department's other employees this week, and was treated with professionalism and given knowledgeable advice. After the incident, I attempted to call and notify management, but was unable to reach the appropriate person, hence the review. It is not my intention for this person to be terminated, however, this employee and all others should know that customers have options, and that we will go where we're treated best. I have had countless positive interactions with employees at this store, and it is my hope that this incident is isolated, and that I will be able to continue to enjoy the positive and professional treatment that I have prior to today. read more
