TERRIBLE! MANAGEMENT IS TRASH! SLOW CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had a really disappointing experience at this Lowe's. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. Employees, including management, were either nowhere to be found or seemed uninterested in helping when I finally tracked them down. I asked a simple question about locating an item, and the response I got was vague and dismissive. I was highly dissatisfied with the responses I was getting when I asked for a store manager, so I left. The store itself was also poorly maintained. Aisles were cluttered, shelves were disorganized, and several products were out of stock without any indication of when they'd be replenished. It made what should have been a quick trip turn into a frustrating and time-consuming experience. The only positive thing I can say is that when I came back the next day from that unsatisfying event, the employee who did help me was very kind, supportive, and helped me find what I needed. He wasn't rude nor dismissive like the other employees or management in the store previously. I don't recall his name, but he wore a nice baseball cap with some form of emblem on it. I gave him a compliment on his hat and his work ethic. Whoever the man may be, thank you for being the only person doing your job that day! But to unfortunately make matters worse, checkout was incredibly slow despite the store not being particularly busy. Overall, I left feeling annoyed and unimpressed. I expected much better from a major retailer like Lowe's, but this location really missed the mark. read more

This store is terrible, I quit shopping there because of bad customer service. I service. Then they had a deal on flooring and I used them to install wood floor. Never ever again, They tore up my whole floor and then called and said I need to pay $800 more to level the kitchen and buy 3 bags of leveler or they would leave the job. My contract included 3 bags and I have been in contact with them for over a month just to get the run around each time and sent o another supervisor. Hire someone local to do your floors and go to home depot. read more

Not certain why Lowes takes the "Silver" medal In Jonesboro home Improvement. Don't get me wrong, really glad they are here to provide some healthy competition in home maintenance and building supplies. Service and selection here is OK, so don't want to steer anyone away from this store but I just prefer the brands and selection at Home Depot for some reason. read more

They stock merchandise in the wrong area, they don't change prices so everything rings up for more when you scan it. If you tell them the scanned prices don't match the listed prices they get sarcastic and hateful and act mad that you caught their mistake. Double and triple check your receipts because more than once an item has rang up double or even triple than what the price tags say. read more

Ordered a fridge from Lowe's. First delivery it had a big dent in the back by the compressor, so had to send it back. Delivered a 2nd one 5 days later, and it had a big dent on the side, so it had to go back. After going without one for 2 weeks, they finally delivered a 3rd one. Never once apologized, or offered any kind of a discount for the inconvenience. Horrible customer service. read more

This by far is the worst Lowe's location in the country! Purchased a rider mower on line and they switched our new mower for a used mower that had been sitting out in the elements even though they told us they didn't have any in stock. After numerous attempts to resolve, we finally got a new one delivered and never heard from a manager. They never answer the phone. Customer service is terrible and the store has no leadership. It is unfortunate that we have few options for shopping for home improvements and they know we need home supplies and can treat us any way they choose. This location needs new management and customer service that respects its customers. Companies only last so long before consumers have had enough! read more

I can't even give this store a one star... we walked in on the 28th of February ordered a microwave, dishwasher and range. We left with the dishwasher and the microwave came two weeks later as ordered. The range??? Well they ordered the wrong one called us and said they would correct the problem. We had to cancel a dinner party we had planned for our wedding anniversary (our oven had crashed prior to the 28th of February) They DIDN'T... if it wasn't for my husband calling and checking on the item we would never have known they just flat out canceled our order, and we have the credit card receipt to prove it.? Should anybody out there considering remodeling your kitchen, I HIGHLY recommend you use another company. Lowe's is NOT reliable. read more

I realize times are difficult right now especially since Jonesboro was just devastated by an EF3 tornado but this is no excuse for not answering their phones. No one answers the phones not even the store Manager. With that said press option 3 for the pro desk and ask to be transferred to where you need (except to the Manager - this person will not answer their page or transfer of call). It is particularly import for people rebuilding their lives to have assistance right now. Lowe's lack of assists on their phones only exacerbates (makes worse) people's frustrations. Don't need that at any time thank-you. Let them, and Lowe's Corporate Complaint line know we expect more from them. Thanks. read more
