Trying to buy a bigger ticket item. Called to see if it was in stock. Got the AI...who transferred me to customer service. After 30 minutes, of nobody picking up, I gave up. Not good customer service!!! read more

Excellent customer service- went to a Home Depot and got no acknowledgement, treating my wife as if she were a potted plant- 3 reps walked by her. And she said, rightfully, 'We're done-going to Lowe's!' We received a welcome as we walked through the door -unusual, but very nice. They directed us to the oven/ranges area and the service was tremendous. Saturday night at Lowe's was not exactly my plan. But my wife was not only happy with our purchase; the sales staff (sorry, folks-I'll add to the survey on your website) at the Lowe's in Lake Wales on Rt27- (7/27/24), helping us with not only the purchase, but expediting a charge account, delivery and the warranty conditions, all made it a worthwhile '2nd' choice.. they're first in our book. p.s. delivery was the following Tuesday by O'Neil and Rodney. I got a clearance item that was 41.00 and it needed a manager to sign off. The cashier called a manager and 5 min he still hadn't arrive. Poor people behind me we had to tell them to go to other lines I literally removed everything out my purse because I couldn't find my Amex that I was going to pay for my time. I found out every thing back and the manger still didn't come. The cashier walked over to him & had a an his idea so we can continue with my purchase. read more

Why is Lowe's in Lake Wales so poorly manage? We have been waiting for 25 minutes for someone to get an item from one of the top shelves and no one has arrived yet after asking twice. Awful customer service as usual for this location! It's now been 45 minutes and we finally have someone taking down the item. Unbelievabl!!! read more

Was not impressed at all. I went to Lowe's this morning for a scrub brush and some other items. The items were not in the aisle where they were supposed to be per the app and website. The aisles were still labeled correctly, but the items had been moved and no one seemed to know where they were moved to. I asked an employee, who was ignoring store policy by not wearing a mask, and she wasn't sure, but could confirmed that they had been moved. She didn't bother to ask another employee or the manager, so I looked myself and finally found them 8 aisles over. Was I was walking through the aisles looking for my items I noticed hardly anyone was wearing a mask, despite the sign at the front door instructing people to wear a mask per store policy. It's kind of hard to enforce the rules for customers when the employees don't bother to wear masks or even confront customers when they're standing right in front of them. I tried to ask a couple of other employees where items were and they would just point in general direction and say stuff like, "I think it's over there in the lawn and garden area." I got frustrated, checked out with the items I could find, and left the store. Employees are not knowledgeable, don't know where product is our how to assist a customer, and could care less about health mandates. Needless to say, I'll be taking my business to the other big chain store in orange, which happens to be just a few blocks away. read more

Lowe's issued a store credit to me on a card. They couldn't get my license to "Link" to the card. So they wouldn't honor it. (I still had the receipt wrapped around the card). They claimed they cat do anything since it was more than 6 mos old. It says nothing about a time limit on the back. They refused to contact Corporate to resolve the issue. They told me I would have to resolve the issue with the card that was issued at that store It was just after 3 p.m. and the Department at Corporate was closed. Lowe's doesn't want to give you your own money. So don't give your money to them to begin with. read more

Horrible customer service. If you buy a product with a limited lifetime warranty, they won't honor it. They refused to honor the warranty on a fan that was purchased from them for years ago. The Warranty very clearly is limited lifetime. But, apparently at lowes the lifetime warranty is limited to the lifetime of the product. When the product fails your warranty is up hence the limited lifetime. With so many better options as far as warranty's this is probably the last time I will ever shop at a Lowe's store. Didn't care. Couldn't care less. Home depot would have honored their warranty without a question. Walmart as well read more

I went to Lowe's trying to get some parts that didn't ship as part of a custom blinds order. Stacy from customer service got me to Tony, who called the blind company and made sure I got everything I needed. He was professional, helpful and very polite. Stacy checked back in to make sure I was taken care of. So often you wander around big box stores actively searching for help, especially these days. Best Lowes in my area.... I am closer to the Winter Haven location, but this store is my favorite. Clean and organized, nice cashiers and always easy to check out. I'll drive a few more miles and be happy. read more

Wow! What an amazing team at this lowes. I stopped by for orchids (orchids are much cheaper in FL) after a long week at amusement parks, and in my tired state I forgot my wallet and cell phone somewhere outside. I needed to drive back to VA in the morning and was worried I would have to leave without finding them. The whole team looked for the wallet and cellphone with us before closing. The next morning the new team checked security footage and kept looking, and actually found it!!! They then refused to take a reward for it. They were all very kind and patient. I'm very lucky I stopped at this lowes and not another store for those plants. Now I have my son's Legoland pictures back :) read more

I took my 1 1/2 year old power washer in for a warranty repair to the Lake Wales Lowes, and first they told me they didn't accept warranty repairs. I proceeded to show them the contract and they finally relented. They were supposed to call when it was finished, after a month I called them and they said it was ready. I went to pick it up and the documentation stated it was "not repaired". After almost 2 hours of phone calls and discussions with 3 different Lowes employees the matter was not resolved. Extended warranty company stated "Lowes sold me the wrong warranty and it is not covered". Could not reach Troy built, the manufacturer. Lowes was not willing to do anything because they said it was a warranty issue. I just left the unit and don't really know what to do about it. read more

This is the WORST Lowe's I have ever been to. They never have more than one register open and herd all the customers through self checkout. The ONE slow, rude person at the register in the garden center snapped at me that I wasn't allowed to have the propane tank that I had just gotten off the shelf as soon as I got to the register. She also snapped that she had no idea when I asked if they had rosemary plants. She took so long to ring me up I was covered with sweat. No thanks or have a nice day even though I spent $460+! When I went inside to tell the manager about the terrible service he walked up to me and said "Wait a minute" and turned and went in the bathroom! Needless to say, I just left. It's awful. I'm never going back there again. There is a Home Depot 1 mile South on 27 I will go there or the Lowes in Winter Haven always has almost all the registers open and MUCH friendlier staff. Save yourself a lot of time and don't give them your money. They don't deserve or appreciate it. read more
