Our mission was to get her something easy...a shepherd's hook, bird seed and thistle socks. Your store was being redesigned but thankfully we met the most wonderful and helpful person, Greg. He gave us his undivided attention. He was so attentive and worked with me to engineer an easy way for my 95 year old MIL to be able to easily load the hook. Greg is an asset to your store and company. Also I cannot leave without mentioning the most friendly checkout person named Shane. He was awesome as was the other young lady at the register. We cannot thank you enough for such a non stressful day trying to make my MIL happy. That is a chore believe me! Gold stars for all!

When they didn't sell the brand of sink I needed, she even called her distributor and got it for me. Pick up was easy too at the counter. Sandy even followed up to make sure everything went ok and went above and beyond to contact my contractor. I was very pleased with the whole process.

The initial interaction we had was fine, just to find out that once our order was placed, everything went downhill quickly! The Hajoca representative originally told us the order would be delivered within 3-4 weeks. Understanding that we had a tight timeline to meet, she never mentioned about certain parts in this particular color being on back-order. Here we are over 3 months later, and we are STILL waiting on certain Kohler parts for the shower! The expectation was never set appropriately. In addition, we moved forward with using different colored parts to "temporarily" have the bathroom up and running. Sadly, when the fixtures were installed, the toilet was delivered with a piece chipped off the back and cracked, now we have to re-order and wait another 3+ weeks for a new toilet. I'm not sure how this happened, but a truly devastating experience.

I saw this retail outlet (having seen their ads in various magazines) and decided to stop in. I did pick up four items that were priced at far greater savings (about 20%-30% less) than other Home Improvement or Hardware stores. I used to be a cashier at one of the big box Home Improvement stores until recently, so I know prices. I wish we had these closer to home, but I will definitely stop in when I come across these stores in my travels.

Thru a Google image search I discovered the product originated from Bed, Bath, and Beyond (BBB). At that point I had no idea how old the image was. When I called the local store they were very helpful and were able to not only find the product, and it was on clearance, but also honor the coupon I had from a magazine for an additional 20% AND even put the item back till I could pick it up - score! This was my first BBB experience and my first trip ever to the store. As a fan of Shark Tank I like that they carry a lot of the products featured on the show. Although for a penny pitcher like myself I always check BBB's price (with consideration to the 20% coupon which are very easy to find in magazines, flyers, etc) against online retailers. Sometimes BBB are not the lowest price but often they are when you combine the coupon savings - another score! If you're shopping for a nursery and don't care about budget do come here. They have beautiful nursey furniture and accessories - the prettiest stuff I've seen anywhere. A mom to be can really go crazy in their baby department in general as it's quite impressive. My most recent experience involved shopping for the pad that goes to the Simply Fit board (another Shark Tank find). Online the cheapest was in the $12 range w/ free shipping. I called the store and they were $9.99 before the 20% savings and since they weren't in stock they shipped for free and gave me the savings even without ever seeing the coupon. I didn't need to do a thing other than call them. That's good customer service! This girl didn't want to venture out in single degree weather anyway! I will say however that that conversation was painful relaying my shipping information. As in the employee answering the phone either had a hearing problem or low iq. I had to spell and respell everything and constantly repeat myself. I'm not talking a word or two, I mean everything - even a common word like "street". She was very nice though so I was patient with her. In the end she still got it wrong, and I'm still waiting on my package, although it's only been a few days. I saw from the email confirmation that my name (a very common one no less) was completely butchered despite spelling it multiple times. Although friendly, accuracy is not her thing and girlfriend needs to instead stick to the sales floor. Other than that, saving money is my forte, so I'm chalking up the experience as a score.

Just what this area needs!…read more This BBB is in a smallish complex along with the usual strip suspects of Staples, Honey Baked Ham, Noodles & Company, Red Robin, Ross, The Christmas Tree Shop plus a few other hell holes. Two things about this place make it the same as any other BBB: -When you need someone to be at the registers to check out of course no one is there. This past Wednesday there was only one person who was at the customer service desk processing returns, answering the phone (longest phone greeting in history here with their "Happy Holidays-Thanks For Calling-Bed Bath and Beyond-Bye Bye Baby-Associate Name-How Can I Help You Or Direct Your Call-Pant-Pant-Fall Over From Being Out of Breath" greeting) and actually being a cashier. Tons of associates walking around the store seemingly doing nothing but no one could be bothered to be up front where it was constantly busy. The two people I dealt with were both friendly enough but do three people need to be in kitchen gadgets or do two people have to be standing around in scales? -.The store looks down right Seussian because there is crap EVERYWHERE. There is stuff in the aisles and on the floors. There is stuff on the walls and up against doors. There is one pile of cups that is probably ten feet tall and there are rows of cheese graters so high I couldn't see them all. That said, the store is ten times cleaner than my local BBB and if I lived closer I would rather visit this one than the location in Whitehall which is a study in claustrophobia with how much crap is rammed into that place. Of course the caveat with any BBB as John Pinette would remind you is to always bring your damn coupons. If you don't you're an idiot as prices here are obviously artificially inflated with the expectation of a coupon being used in every transaction.

While disappointed the items were delayed, I still recommend the store because of their unique items and because of their outstanding customer services. They owned the delay and worked hard to keep me informed and to answer my questions. They were able to work with my son who lives locally to pickup a partial order, which were gifts for his wife, as soon as the items arrived. The next time I am in the area, I will stop in and thank them for making a situation totally outside their control bearable and understandable. My orders were ready far more quickly than I had expected. The system allows you to let the folks at the store know when you are leaving your house and they are waiting for you when you arrive. There was absolutely zero contact between me and the people who deposited my order into my trunk. This was a relief; I did not want to be the one who might possibly spread the virus to someone else.
