We had the worst experience with this location. We ordered and paid for over $3500 worth of decking materials on Sunday (8/13). It was requested for pick up on 8/14, as we were told it would be ready. I called on 8/14 and was told that it was ready. Our contractor went to pick it up on 8/15 and only a few items were ready. On 8/16, my husband spoke with Raymond, who assured us he would get the order pulled. On 8/17, my husband stopped to check on the order and only then was he told that some of the items weren't even what they normally carried. How did they sell them to us then? My husband asked to speak to the manager and he (or she) couldn't be troubled to go speak to him. There were 25 joists that had to be ordered from a lumber company for $6 more each and the manager would absolutely not eat that extra cost so we were left to figure it out ourselves. (Great job missing out on a $3500 order for $150 in extra costs!) My husband then decided to return the partial order for a full refund because we were just sick of going back and forth. After 3 1/2 hours of trying to get this resolved, it finally was (promptly at 5 pm, Raymond stopped what he was doing and left for the day, in the middle of helping my husband). The customer service lady (Rachael - pronounced Ro-shell) was the only person who actually gave a flip about helping. And she was so incredibly overwhelmed and overworked. During this whole debacle, the manager never even bothered to show up and it's obvious that they don't do it much, as the whole crew was chasing their tails. We're absolutely disgusted by the whole experience and will never visit Lowe's again. read more

This review is not for Lowe's. It's self it is for the company that makes their deliveries here in Livingston Texas. They were supposed to deliver of refrigerator to us on Sunday, April 2 between 1230 and 430. A truck showed up on the street outside our house and we never heard a doorbell ring or knock on the door. My wife saw the truck through a window And told me they were there by the time I got there they had driven off. I called the number for the delivery company and it was on the phone holding for approximately 40 to 45 minutes. All the person told me was she set up a claim number and they would get back with me within 24 hours to reschedule the delivery, this is totally unacceptable performance I will not deal with that Lowe's delivery again. read more

I am so angry with Lowe's. Ordered and paid in full for 15 windows for my home in NOVEMBER 2020. It is now March 29, 2021 and they STILL owe me two windows. 15 phone calls, 10 visits to the store, 3 registered letters and all they do is stonewall, delay and play me for a fool. Always ready to help you. They have things they have to do so they are busy, so just get their attention and they are more than happy to help you. The front desk ladies will bend over backwards for you. Be nice to them and they will be nice back. it is so simple. That was my experience. read more

My husband and I have worked on several home improvement projects in the past year. We visit this location often and every time it's the same. Every Lowe's employee is super helpful and friendly. This last visit we spent 4 hours there and they kept us laughing and in good spirits. My only complaint, a couple of the items delivered (this was our first time using delivery services) were damaged so they needed to be sent back. It's now 3 days later and we haven't heard from Lowe's. :( read more

We are new to the area and in our home we had a couple of projects we needed to get done so we turned to Lowes. There were a few mishaps on installation of our cabinets and granite countertops and it seemed the subcontractors didn't care about there work.
