I haven't even had the appliance tech come out yet, but I am firmly convinced that James is going to do Wilson's just as proud as Destini and Christine have. My girlfriend and I wanted to send a HUGE mention of gratitude and thankfulness to those ladies. She has a 4 yr. old Samsung freestanding gas range that has a failed gas regulator, which is pretty ridiculous given how new it is. Of course the warranty has passed, and it was purchased at ... so we thought we could go over there and at least get some help. For the next 5-6 hours, we were led on a wild goose chase that included being told the model was discontinued, there was no part available at all or at least until January, and best of all, when we did find a part originally, we were quoted $295 for the valve/regulator assembly!!! Samsung couldn't even give us a part number!!! Insane, so we called to some local parts stores and appliance repair businesses; further disaster, as many had no understanding of what I was looking for (one asked if it was for our gas microwave), or wouldn't bother unless they got to come out to diagnose, and then make more trips to find the part and come back (note: we consistently mentioned that Centerpoint Energy had been out and tested the house for leaks, and located/diagnosed this issue). Destini did a good bit of hunting for us, but was unable to uncover the information - however, she knew that Christine was a pro at this hunt, and asked to have her reach out to me on Monday after further research. WHICH SHE DID. We were finally lucky enough to locate the part from a vendor in Houston, but Christine didn't just walk away. She asked questions, which led to my learning that there might be an actual Samsung part as well as non-Samsung, meaning I might not have the part I needed. We worked through it, and she could confirm that I had the right one, and at a better price than what they were offering. After further discussion, she got me set up with a repair appt. after I realized I might be better having this handled by a pro, handy as I might be. She and Destini could have just left this alone or half-a**ed it, especially after learning that there wasn't a sale involved, but they proved it truly is about treating every PERSON right, not just every CUSTOMER, so I decided to make myself a customerl!!! This is the kind of service that would make business and industry on a macro and micro level so much better, and it was done with a smile and with care and consideration. Unless James blows up the house (obviously a joke), I'll be a loyal customer for sure when it's time to replace the washer and dryer - which is coming soon ladies. THANK YOU. read more

I rarely leave reviews unless I have experienced horrible service or extremely outstanding service! I am proud to say my husband and I are beyond impressed with the entire staff at Wilson's beginning with Ryan all the way through to his delivery men. We originally purchased a THOR refrigerator, sadly we were notified that particular model was discontinued. We first spoke with Jordan regarding the issue and she went to work trying to find a suitable replacement that would not cost too much more than what we had originally spent. Our second call we spoke with Destiny because Jordan was unavailable. Destiny was amazing she gave us 3 different model numbers to look at and once we narrowed it down to the one we wanted we ultimately got it for exactly what we had paid for with the refrigerator being delivered later that same day. Delivery guys were neat, extremely friendly and very courteous, they walked us through the functions, were careful when removing the shrink wrap especially around the rubber seal around the doors, and they cleaned up so well there was not even a speck of Styrofoam left. I purchased a brand-new Speed Queen dryer from Wilson's Appliance, expecting a reliable product and quality customer service. Unfortunately, the dryer began making a loud thumping noise immediately on startup from day one. After reporting the issue, Wilson's sent out a warranty technician who confirmed the problem was serious enough that multiple internal parts now need to be replaced on a supposedly brand-new machine. Despite this, the store has refused to exchange the defective unit or provide a replacement. It's extremely disappointing to spend premium money on a new appliance only to end up with a repaired machine right out of the gate. A customer should not have to accept major repairs on a brand-new product that was defective from the start. While the warranty service did acknowledge the issue, Wilson's Appliance has shown very little willingness to stand behind the sale or prioritize customer satisfaction. I expected far better treatment and resolution for such an expensive purchase. I would strongly encourage future buyers to carefully consider how post-sale issues are handled before purchasing here. read more

Our first purchase from Wilson's was a Speed Queen Washer and Dryer about 5 years ago (2019) I had a 26 year old Maytag washer and dryer that finally gave out so I was looking for something comparable, the sales woman who helped me then was so informed and professional that I thank her everyday for her recommendation because I love my Speed Queen washer and dryer, truly reliable! After that first positive experience, I recently returned to by a Refrigerator. Both Jordan and Megan helped me decide on my GE Profile fridge, they listened to me and suggested what would work for us, we made a good choice with these amazing women's help, they know their products and back it up by following up to make sure everything is satisfactory with the purchase and the delivery. They listened to my concerns and worked with me to make sure I was happy! The Wilson's "team" is great! We are in the process of building our home and went to Wilson's to compare prices. The sales associates were very professional, helpful, and friendly. We didn't feel ignored or "pressured" to buy, and they were sincere with their help in finding us exactly what we were looking for. We knew that there were challenges with getting appliances "immediately" as a result of COVID, but we prepared and planned and "shopped early" in case there was a little wait-time for the appliances to come in. Ryan, the owner, was great in holding all of the appliances until they all came in so we could plan for a one time delivery. I am so glad we found Wilson's Appliances and Mattresses in Magnolia Highway 1488. Our washer and dryer was breaking down and a good friend of ours said "buy a Speed Queen". 10 days ago we entered Wilson's because Speed Queen washers and dryers were no where to be found in The Woodlands area, except Wilson's. Jordan hooked us up with a brand new Speed Queen washer and dryer and would couldn't be happier. My mother Elizabeth told me the other day that she was trying to buy a new GE gas range oven for $680 at Home Depot and they never called her back. Hmmmm!! now guess who the only place in town to have her gas range is.? Yeppers, 'Wilson's Appliance & Mattress'. They are delivering this gas range to my parents as a surprise in about an hour and did I mention the range is 46% off. I own stock in GE so a double win for me. Ryan and his sales assistant helped me quickly with what I needed and were patient because I had to make a phone call to make sure the washer I was looking at was OK with my my wife. I was looking specifically for a old school traditional washing machine that aren't promoted or sold anymore at large chains. The High Efficiency are OK but they are only made to last 7-10 years and if you use the wrong detergent you will shorten that lifespan. After much research I came to find an American Made Traditional Washer made in WI by Speed Queen (Model TC5) and Wilson's Appliances was the closest to me from Willis. These washing machines are suppose to be made to last 25 years, I do not have a crystal ball but I believe Ryan and his team will take care of me if there are any problems. I suspect by the reviews on both the washer and for his store I will be taken care of. read more

We called Wilson's that we found on the internet because they were a family business that might do better like other family businesses we had used. The first time we called and the receptionist took our call, we knew that we had found a great appliance store. She was able to guide us through their products to find a great washer and dryer. We ordered and paid online from home. She interfaced with the manufacturer as well as the install team and kept us informed through email and text. The two installers that came out let us know when they were coming, were on time and did an excellent job removing the old appliances and installing the new ones. A couple of days after installation thwy called us to see that everything was OK.We recommend this company highly! read more

We needed a new washer so we decided to purchase a complete set....noticed Wilson's carried Speed Queen (which is what we thought we wanted) so we decided to take a drive out there.....great store with loads of great appliances.....ended up purchasing a GE commercial grade washer and dryer.....Roy was very knowledgeable, very accommodating and very patient....I know we must have asked a million questions and he answered all of them.....we also checked out a few other kitchen appliances we were going to be needing in the future....I would HIGHLY recommend them.....they will without a doubt have all my future business for any appliances or mattresses we made need.....don't hesitate to stop in and give them a look....you will be glad you did..... read more

You guys are my hero! My fridge died right in the middle of COVID-19 quarantine and it was a nightmare. Everything was defrosting - I was even forced to "drink" a pint of Häagen-Dazs ice cream so it wouldn't go to waste (lol). We walked in on Saturday just hoping to browse mattresses. My husband has had aching shoulders, knees and hips upon waking everyday. The staff at Wilsons was knowledgeable, kind, and patient. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I shopped at Wilson's because I wanted to support a local business and purchase Speed Queen Washer/Dryer set made in USA. Through no fault of Wilson's, my order was delayed (supply chain like so many things these days). Wilson's told me they could deliver a loaner appliance if they had one available, and they did. The loaner was delivered as promised within a 2 hour window. The technician was very courteous and careful. He promptly installed the loaner, and removed my broken dryer at no charge to me. Bought a Speed Queen washer over the phone - sight unseen - from Wilson's. Young lady that answered the phone was very nice and told me all about the washer. I was in a hurry because I was going out of town on vacation and had lots of laundry to do. I bought it at 5:30 on a Friday afternoon and it was delivered and installed by 6:30.
