First he asked my friend if he was a military veteran so that he could get his discount, he asked us if we would need help loading it, he explained that the it came with a manufacturers warranty and showed us the part of the box we needed to save and told us to save our receipt in case we needed to use the warranty, he inquired if it was for business or personal use, it was for personal use so on our way out he said I hope this cools your home 95 degrees is hard take. He came across as a genuinely caring man and it was one of those shopping experiences that I walked out of the store in a great mood because the store employees were so kind.

The Home Depot person entered the wrong SKU and because of their mistake I received the wrong Washer. Home Depot has a strict 48 hour return policy. They were deliered and hooked up at out Lake house but my wife did not seeth washer & dryer uuntil after 48 hours. Home depot would not take back the washer even though it was their mistake unless ip hysically brought it in an paid a 25% restocking charge, I an elderly and only have a small compact hybrid and there is no way I could bring the washer it. I had also noticed a red light on the washer and Home Depot coul not tell me why? My plumber later told me it was normal during spin to lock lid. Not only is Home Depot arrogant and unprofessional , they are also stupid. Be very careful if buy something at Home Depot, you may be like me stuck with the wrong item because of home Depot mistakes and incompetence.

It was infested with roaches. I was told that it was deep cleaned before we got it. I call aarons and told them and they said they could not pick it up due to it was to late and i asked what am i suppose to do keep the furniture in the house and and let my house get infested. So i put the furniture on the front porch to get it out of my house. I informed them that i was doing that and also told them i have outside cats as well they ask me to stacked them and cover a tarp which anyone who has cats thet will not stop them. I was told they would not be able to get it till today between 12 and 3. I feel like i should be first on the list for pick up due to what happen but instead i am in a time block. This will be the last time i get anything from aarons i will pay off what i owe and will never go back. I am very disappointed on how all this was handled.

In all seriousness, I came away with both two dishwashers that met all of my expectations and the delivery crew is top notch!! They were incredibly patient, delightful guys that I felt great remorse and guilt as the installation of one of the dishwater's was a magic trick that took a few tries but they pulled it off!!! The value was great as there was also a national wide sale. Then 2 weeks later, my 27 yr old washer went out! I was able to go the showroom and the gals were very helpful. It was installed the next day! And as before, the installers, one was a different person, were amazing! Very courteous, and efficient. I hope I don't need another appliance in the near future but Wilson's will be my go to.

We went to Wilson's to be told we would have to wait on repairs to be made and then if the refrigerator was returned it would be a 25% restocking fee. Would you pay 25% to restock a defective new refrigerator. Does that sound reasonable. Interesting how you can buy a brand-new refrigerator that is defective and now a month out we are still waiting on repairs to be made.

What needs improvement: The delivery men mentioned that they were NOT given the correct tools to finish the job of leveling out the panels on the fridge or what was needed for installation of the fridge upon delivery, because they "switched delivery trucks on them". Unfortoley, that leaves us the customer, waiting for them to come back and finish the job they were paid for. It's been a week, and we are still waiting for them to come back and level out the panels on the fridge. This is either the delivery men's lack of preparation before delivery or the owners' lack of structure to ensure delivery has what they need for all to go as needed.
