Parking was a little tough given the location (next to street with business to each side). Once inside I was amazed by the selection they had. From basic yard tools, to a great fastener selection, basic pesticides, small leather goods, and even basic personal protective equipment. I did not catch the name of the gentleman that helped me with copying my keys. He was very nice, extremely helpful and professional. They are open Friday and Saturday from 7:30-5:30 pm. Closed Sundays. 2 pairs of keys (4 total) was about ~$10-11. Not bad price at all and it took only a few minutes to make. No complaints. If you need a quick item I'd definitely recommend.

They did come to check it, said they would have to order it. When they came, all the panel lights would stay lit. When he opened it to fix it, he broke a wire, I saw it broken. Closed it quickly and left, saying he needed another part. Then my stepson got an email, saying we had an infestation, not covered. we have no roaches or ants that could get in there. Also, when he left, i plugged in back in and no lights came on. Will never shop at Lowes again. Wish i could rate then minus stars, but have to give it one. Not that they deserve it.

They even just added a selection of work clothes... I have been repainting the house and doing a few minor repairs. Today I went for paint. There is a display for a whole rainbow of paint colors from which to choose, and a guide to let you know what colors are popular and trending. Once you choose your color, go to the kiosk and scan the bar code on the back of your chosen color. It will ask you a few questions like if you need interior or exterior paint, the finish you want (matte, eggshell, satin, glossy), how many gallons, the brand and particular kind. Then you can confirm your selection, enter your name and cell phone, and you will receive updates as to the progress and when your order is ready for pickup. Well, that is the way it always worked in my past visits. Today there was a glitch, and I never received updates after the initial text letting me know my order was received. I shopped around, and finally went back to the counter to discover my order was ready minus one gallon. So I told the man working there and he mixed the other gallon of paint... I still did not receive updates. This was the first time I have not received updates. On several past visits for paint everything worked perfectly. As I browsed, I saw some great plant deals on clearance but restrained myself ($10 for gallon pots of plumbago!). I did the self checkout, and it's good to know that when you buy paint, you can also scan the color bar code so your account shows which color you bought in case you need another of the same. Overall, a good visit. I got what I needed. Just be aware you may need to double check if you don't hear back on your paint order.

I showed them a receipt from Martins…read moreFarm and Ranch for some fencing, and they sold me what they said was the same fence.... price was $20/ roll more, but I needed it. When I got home and opened the roll, realized it was not the same- 12" wire spacing instead of 6". Their price was actually $80/ roll more than Martins for the identical product!!! The manager would do nothing on the price.... they lost a customer for life. Shop at Martins, Tractor Supply, anywhere but McCoys!
