I did not feel welcome with my service animal, due to his behavior. I will nolonger be encouraging friends and family to shop at Menards and will probably cancel my credit card with the store. Hope that this guy somehow manages to make money for the store, cause he certainly turned me off today with my home improvement supplies list that I will be taking to Lowes.

Two guys are there doing nothing, no other customer in sight, I show them the item on my phone and they just say "Aisle 7." I go there thinking--this ain't Florida--and when I get to Aisle 7, the stuff is not there, there is no empty bin for that, there is something similar, more expensive, and I don't want it because I already started my project with the other stuff. I go back to the apathic guys, show them the app again, and they give some bull. Just close down that store. Lowes is 2 miles from it on Venture Drive.
