If you've read my other reviews you know that we prefer Lowe's over home Depot. This Lowe's did not disappoint. Like all their locations it's well stocked clean and brightly lit. I needed help and was able to get someone to help me pretty quickly. They even took me directly to where what I was looking for was located. That's so much nicer than someone pointing in saying "aisle six" and then they turn around and walk away. The store had what I needed and I was on my merry way very quickly. read more

Good luck with getting anything done. The employees are great at telling you where stuff is , but try a project like French doors to replace slider or asking about a shed , or color matching paint. That's too much work for these people. read more

The self checkout is completely trash, the employees can't seem to help me with the fact that I put in $100 in the machine and used my card for the rest. Boy have they changed. Moved back to Reidsville last fall. Husband was shocked how nice, friendly and helpful the employees were at Lowes. Something has drastically changed. Is it the confusion as to what kind of retailer Lowes is now? They were home improvement but now are they a pet store, farm supply store, apparel?? We were there today and passed no less than 8 employees. None were busy helping customs. Not a single one greeted us, asked if they could help or acknowledged we existed. They were too busy chatting amongst themselves or in phones. You go to check out and there are NO cashiers. I'll gladly drive to Greensboro to Home Depot in the future. read more

I went to the Reidsville store tonight and at least 7 associates walked right passed us and never spoke. We was gonna buy some flooring along with other things. I went to the front and asked them could they get us some help and no one ever showed up. I wouldn't recommend ever visiting this store awful service, no help, employees sitting on buckets on their phones. I left what I did have sitting. read more

No plywood carts available. Employees use them to stack stuff on. Customers are out of luck. They need more plywood carts.

I am remodeling my winter kitchen and bathroom and went to Lowe's to purchase cabinets,appliances,flooring and use their contractors!we paid a 80.00 fee to have the contractor come measure the kitchen so the Lowe's ass opiate could help design it..Fast forward to almost 2 WEEKS later And no one has contacted us including the store after I called them to complain after they said I would be reached their contractor in 2 days..Guess they didn't want my 15,000.00 budget..NOW I'm DONE ...... read more

This location is typical big box store. No one offers to help. Store has stock sitting in isles not put up. I hate shopping here

What is wrong with this Lowes!!!... You cannot beg for help here and get it. Went in Saturday to buy several items, NO, Zero checkout lanes open- only self checkout. Machine kept giving error messages and 4 employees were standing around self checkout playing among each other. Asked one female employee to help me out and she had the nerve to look at me and say, "Keep trying it, it may work" Tried a couple more times, she went back to playing on her phone so I just left everything sitting right there, walked out and went to Home Depot where they seem to care a bit more. If your going to work there, do you all have to work at being pure lazy, or did it come naturally before you got there? Lowes, these employees are KILLING your business! No checkout lanes, no checkout.... I'll be at Home Depot from now on. Tried this Lowes multiple times and I AM DONE with this place! read more

I want to give a shout out to 2 different sets of customers this morning, NOT LOWES employees,who were kind enough to help US (senior citizens- ages 72 and 67) wrestle these materials- these materials are heavy and bulky but we try hard to keep being independent in handling our business even when it's physically demanding. NOT ONE employee offered to help us in the store or outside when we got ready to load- BUT plenty of employees standing around on their phones. They were more than willing to take our money though. MANY THX to the two different groups of customers who came forth and took right over! There are many kind people out there and we are very grateful and humbled. We were told that the propane gas conversion from the existing water heater would be workable for the new one by a Lowe's Store employee in the Reidsville, NC store only to find out it was not. The Lowe's store told us to call the manufacture of the water heater. When we called the manufacture for the water tank we were told our warranty was voided because we tried to convert a propane tank and the type of gas was natural gas. These people honestly thought I was stealing. What do I need to steal for? An African American woman was a cashier and gave me the nastiest attitude ever. And an American woman stared at me as I walked out the store with the nastiest look.The man who was loading my electric range gave us a faulty product and had to return in the store and waste my time just to give us another one.
