Usually everything I need it here. Only issue is time to time there's some things I feel is missing or needs restock. Only thing I dislike is the check out point where the Pro parking area is but there's never a pro register open every time I come and apart of that the only cashier that is open takes her sweet time which is frustrating when I just want to go in and out. Went to pick up laminate flooring with a small child and employee cut it reluctantly and then I couldn't get help with anything. Had to go looking for a long cart. Went to check out and asked for help loading the floors. After getting a confused look I was told there are no employees there to help me. Eventually an older lady came out to help. So I had to push and lift heavy flooring mainly on my own while watching my toddler. Later saw employees walking around outside doing nothing. Nobody wants to help and customer service here is terrible! read more

This must be the most unorganized Lowe's store anywhere. It's always a mess. Sometimes they don't do curbside but the only way to know is that no one shows up and then you go inside and find out. They refuse to use the curbside lockers. If you need anything on the screw isle you can forget it. It's such a mess and always is. Sometimes I drive across town to the Lowes on the Eastside because its so much better. At the Spartanburf Lowe's it's really obvious that they just don't care and the management standard of excellence is... well... really really low. I rarely go to Lowes and get what I need. It seems that after a trip to Lowes I need to go to Home Depot because they stock things. Last, after my last online order (~$3500) I have sworn off using Lowe's. They have missed my last 10 orders because of how poorly they treated me and the level of incompetence to deal with their mistakes. Anyway, I've wasted enough time on this. read more

Don't bother asking them to replace your kitchen floor unless you can do it yourself. I called them to replace my kitchen floor. They sent out a man to take measurements and I was given a quote and then a few days later I was called back and told that if I want the floor replaced that I have to do it myself, they won't do it. I will never go into another Lowe's. My family and I will never step foot in any Lowe's store again and neither will my adult children or my grown grandchildren. read more

Ordered a door online. It was damaged when we went to get it. Spent the next 20 minutes with customer service person looking for the second one that was supposedly in inventory but was never found. Because they already entered it as picked up, we had to ask for a refund. Instead of helping us with the refund, we got put back in the end of the customer service line to wait another 15 minutes time just to get our money back. We paid upfront for hardwood and installation. Took a month for installer to arrive only to tell us he couldn't do the job. Lowes "flooring expert" sold us $400 worth of glue, which installer said he cannot use glue, have to use nails. Another 1 week delay for rescheduling. My home was in disarray because hardwood was delivered 10 days beforehand and stacked in family room as well as everything from 2 bedrooms. Lowes local store and Lowes home improvement office kept mis-communicating and giving us conflicting information about missing threshhold delivery dates and installation dates. When the installers finally came, they did a good job, but the attitude of one of them was abrupt and condescending. All the confusion, mis-comminications, and delays caused a lot of stress. We will never use Lowes for home improvement again! read more

Bought frig and deep freeze and Christine in appliances made everything come together. Delivery was next day, kept our frig till new ones temperature was okay for food. Pickup of old appliances was 5 days later. Christine is the one to go to in appliances. Trust me I went there w/a chip on my shoulder based on reviews. She was spectacular and we saved $500 on frig due to sale. LG frig and Whirlpool deep freeze. 12 mo same as cash on Lowe's card. ZERO STARS FOR LOWE'S FLOORING INSTALLERS. IF THERE WAS A - STAR, I WOULD GIVE SERVICE PROS INSTALLATION GROUP (LOWES) A -10. The 1st crew came out, only one could speak English. They discovered they had to move furniture (which we payed extra for at Lowe's), and said they didn't pay them enough to move furniture, and tried to get my husband and I to pay them money. We called and reported this to Service Pros, and they sent another crew out... and it got worse... Worst experience of my life with flooring/carpet installation through Lowe's. Had to call Service Pros numerous times for them to come back out and fix stuff they missed. Left toilet bolts 3 inches high in the toilet. Toilet tank started leaking, and toilet rocks back and forth. Service Pros sent one of their guys to "assess" the situation. Tom concluded that the installers from Service Pros didn't do the toilet installation correctly, and that he would send a Plumber out the same day, and that Service Pros would take care of all of the damage. Well, no plumber ever came. We called Service Pros back, and spoke to Shane, who informed us that they didn't cause the issue. They were not going to fix or correct anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There's so many employees and none are trained to operate the roller machine to cut floor. Bought a Maytag washer 4 years ago and bought the extended warranty from Lowes in Boiling Springs . After 4 years started having issues with the washer. After 3 time of having someone sent out by Lowes they agreed to refund full purchase price. Hallelujah!! Bought another washer from Lowes. They have always been good about standing behind their warranty's. If you can I do recommend buying the extended warranty. The WORST customer service bar none. Every single time I call the store clerk manages to let the phone ring for 5-7 minutes, then manages to disconnect me. Bought an $1800 lawnmower that lasted 45 days...manager can't seem to Grasp the skills needed to set up Delivery of the new one despite my waiting seven days and thinking it's coming. and Every time I call the store I get transferred to 3-5 different departments before the girl upfront hangs up on me again. I'm so frustrated I will NEVER buy anything from them again. And I bet you I get a refund on this mower too. I did an over the phone order and the young lady had great customer service she had to transfer me to customer service to take my payment and to schedule my deliver! She informed me that I would be scheduled 8am through 8pm and someone on the delivery day would call 8 am to give me my 4 hour window!! Today is the day and it is Saturday 07/02/2021 11:36 am. I call this Lowe's since 8:30 am and no one ever answered the phone I had to select curbside pickup to speak with a Manage! I spoke with Brian the manager and he never apologized for any inconvenience never tried to correct the issue for today's delivery showed no empathy no sympathy told me I had to wait another day and he would try to get my product delivered first no promises! It a shame I paid over $2000 and the money is gone from my account and I can't get a curiosity call or not even a damn apology! I'm so sick of rude customer service and not companies not taking time to appreciate customers and taking time to make sure customer get the correct order in time and exactly what they paid for!! Absolutely terrible customer service! They sold me a 1500. John Deere riding lawn mower without explaining that this particular John Deere model had a plastic transmission!! Knowing that it could not handle the slope of my yard as I explained to them what I needed, I completed my purchase. The transmission is being replaced under warranty with, of course, another plastic transmission. Lowes refused to take the repaired mower back even though I said I would upgrade to a model that could handle my lawn. They said they weren't able to do that and as everyone knows, they absolutely have the power to do that!! I needed a key made and it seems the key machine at this location does not work. I ended up going into this location 3 times before I gave up and got my refund. The associate working behind the counter happened to be the same person every time I went in. He kept talking to me in a different language and then smiling like I understood what he said. This became very awkward, and after my third visit he told me to just get a refund and walked away although that's not what I wanted. I wanted to get my key made the right way seeing that lowes was the most convenient. Also the parking at this location with the enter and exit door is ridiculous. Don't park near the entrance because when you leave you'll have a long walk from the exit. Will not be returning to this location. read more

This is not aimed directly at the S-burg Lowes; rather to the central customer service. Returned a 5-gallon pail of paint, unopened. Was given a card in lieu of cash. This card could only be used to purchase at Lowe's and its use would be in conjunction with our provision of a driver's license number, but no one took my driver's license number or wife's. Later attempted to use it; it was refused because mine and wife's driver's license numbers didn't match those on the computer file. Told to call number on back of card. Called once, recording that answered was provided detailed info by me; recording on other end said someone would call back in 3-4 business days. No one ever called. I called back. This time got live person but it was Saturday and office was closed. She was a receptionist but took my details and said she would pass info to those in charge of such things. Never received a called back. Went back to customer service counter in Spartanburg and luckily dealt with two young agents who analyzed the situation and took action--issued us a Lowe's gift card. I commend them for good service but cannot say the same for the central Lowe's office that handles these matters. read more

I thought the good customer service was not only in the store but should continue until the merchandise is delivered and installed. Today we had a dishwasher delivered and installed. I can tell you the installer named Brandon was not only exceptionally rude on the phone when he made the appt. He was even more so in person . First he calls me way ahead of time to reschedule and abruptly places me on hold.Tells me he was trying to get us done 2 hours earlier than scheduled but then recants. He calls me 30 minutes ahead of my appt .... all I can understand from him on the phone is I'm here and I need the white car moved, when i tell him we are headed home and are 15 to 20 minutes away he grunts in the phone and hangs up. We arrive at home and it went downhill from there. His behavior indicated to me he thought his time was more valuable than me the customer. I had to leave and left my wife there. He apparently exchanged words with my wife in my absence. This guy sh ou ild not be wearing a Lowes shirt representing your Brand. I will never invite another Lowes Contractor in my home.
