Yelp needs a minus Star system... 1 Star is just too good for what I've been through. GE Appliances (Front loader washer) - Do NOT believe the 1 year Manufacturer Warranty. I've waited on 7 @ 8 hour visits, seriously 8:00-5:00 is their service window (2 of them no Shows) by Sears Home Services, subbed out to A & E Appliance... now the GE Engineers have come up with pull the machine out, see if it is the hoses squeeling and it that don't stop it, place your hand on different parts of the machine to see if this stops the squeeling. The FIVE techs that have been here, couldn't do this... And oh by the way we will need you to pay A & E (the first service bill of $129), we didn't do anything wrong when we scheduled it and told them it was under warranty... Well you apparently did not. We will reimburse you the fee. Why don't you just pay it. BUY LG or WHIRLPOOL... JUST NOT A GE... THIS NON-SENSE HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR OVER 60 DAYS NOW and still no END in site yet. read more

Still waiting on a dishwasher that I ordered on March. They basically sell you an appliance that they don't have in stock, and don't know when they'll have it. They scheduled a delivery on July 16 but no one showed up. When we called to ask why, we were told they didn't come because they don't have the dishwasher. Then they had the nerve to ask us to go ahead and reschedule delivery EVEN THOUGH THEY DON'T HAVE THE DISHWASHER. All this time they are showing 5 of this particular dishwasher in stock. Bought a Toro mower from this Lowe's front wheel fell off first time using it returned the mower. Brian gave me a new mower to use that wheel fell off third time using it spent six weeks with the Lowe's warranty department trying to find a local Toro company to fix the mower. Sidenote warranty program is garbage you pay for a two-year warranty and it starts the day you purchase it but the manufacturers warranty Trump's the Lowe's warranty so you're really only getting one year warranty. Found somebody to fix the mower in Tifton Tim in the receiving department was a huge help. Mower was fixed and returned steering cables broke 30 minutes after getting mower back from repair took the mower back to Lowe's and Melissa gave me a brand new John Deere mower and it is absolutely amazing. Brian was a huge help. Melissa was a huge help and Tim was a huge help. Lowe's warranty department sucks. I spent probably 16 hours on the phone dealing with them absolute garbage but I'm happy I got a John Deere mower. read more

I called the Tifton Lowe's to ask about palm trees and they said all there palms were 75% off. So when I go to get some I see there 50% off so we got the palms and then went to the self check out because the garden center had closed for the day. When we got to the cash register an older blond lady was extremely rude and ignored us. When she finally came over we said that we called and they told us 75% off but she said "There not 75% off did you see a sign in the garden center that said 50% off" we said yes and then she made us walk all the way back to the garden center and take a picture of the sign to show her. When we showed her she said can you hang on in a very rude way as she removed all the cash from the self check out machine. when we proceeded to tell her we called prior to coming and they said 75% off but she said no there 50% only We just did the 50% off so she would quit arguing. As we finished paying and we were walking she said in an extremely rude way " I don't think those palms were on sale but whatever". I do not recommend this Lowe's at all. Lowe's in Tifton Ga has a satisfied customer thanks to Danny the tools associate. He went above and beyond to help me with some plumbing fixtures that solved my problem 100% this wasn't even his department but he was willing and skilled enough to be a great problem solver. Kitchen install gone horribly wrong. Ordered on 1/1/2020 on 8/3/2020 I completed the final touches myself because I could not wait any longer. I stayed in constant communication but the mistakes just kept coming. I paid an extra $597 dollars and was told would be reimbursed. On sink base they installed it 3 inches off and had to move it down left extra holes in cabinet. Molding at top was not as requested took more time to correct an overall bad experience. What I was offered for compensation was disrespectful. Please don't let this happen to you. read more

Avoid Lowes Tifton. Drive 30 minutes to Lowes Moultrie. Moultrie has an awesome Lowes. However, they also have a Home Depot. I will always chose Home Depot over Lowes. Lowes Tifton employees will actually look the other way or turn around if you look like you need assistance. It is a miserable and nasty store that should be shut down. Do not shop there. Do not waste your time shopping at Lowe's in Tifton for a window air conditioner for patio/glassed in porch. After paying 35.00 for someone to come out , waiting 3 days and no one showing up, talking to 6 different employees with 6 different promises, I decided to get a refund and go to Mr. Jack Stone at Western Auto.
