I was scammed and went to Lowes Oct 27, 2025, around 10:00 to purchase Lowes credit card for $3000.00, and the two ladies would not let me do it. They said it sounded like I was being scammed. I found a source where I could buy a replacement key. Lowes gave me a discount on the purchase which more than covered the cost of the key. I'm happy and Lowes saved the trouble of taking the toolbox back. read more

I have had several issues with getting my merchandise when I place an online order. They tell me they have a new system for online orders and I guess they are breaking it in but I was called and told my order of flooring was ready for pickup however when I got there only part of my order was there. I paid for the entire order and then I had to go get a refund at the service desk which took over an hour and three employees because the employees weren't trained or experienced with the new online order system. I have had three online orders go this way so far. I am hoping this improves because otherwise Lowes has been great! Employees are mostly always friendly and helpful. I also hired them to put new windows in my house and that went extremely well. The workers knew what they were doing and the work was done to my satisfaction. Had I of not had three different online purchase problems I could have given them five stars! read more

Do Not hire Lowes to install carpet in your home!!!! They scratched up brand new furniture! They tore up my granddaughters closet doors! The installer was rude and not professional . They still haven't done anything to make this right ! The job was done first week of December , it's now 3/26/2017! I've called their corporate office many times, emailed pictures of the damages and still nothing done! I'm so frustrated! Consumers beware! read more
