My daughter was involved in an car accident the car was a total lose. I filed a claim right away I received a claim # and that was it. No one called me to give me an update on the status of my claim. I after two weeks I received a letter stating that my claim was being denied because I failed to inform them that I was Married, My Oldest Son who was 26 years old lived at home and my Youngest Son who lives Downstate in his own apartment with his Downstate address listed on his Identification. And my Daughter had an moving violation back in 2017 I was wrongful denied because the customer service representative who started my insurance policy failed to properly enter and save my information which they used against me to deny my claim even though the 2nd driver involved in the car accident was ticketed and pleaded guilty in court. BOTTOM LINE ACCEPTANCE INSURANCE/ UNITED EQUITABLE IS AN AWFUL COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THEY ARE DISHONEST THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH PROTECTING YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.
