So I called Loya after somebody referred me to them, first of all it was 3:00pm on a Saturday in IL…read moretheir rep by the name of Jessica R. pretty much asked as for the color of our nail polish thats me putting it nicely stating that it was part of process. its 4:30 and their office in Cicero IL closes at 4 pm. after jumping through several hoops and being given 3 different quotes all of them having changed based on the fact that some of the drivers didn't have 13 mths being insured, cars excluded as we were going to begin the acceptance of their final quote we got disconnected not sure if she hung up or what when i called back immediately no answer, the salesman working with us on the purchase of the car emailed her and faxed her that we were trying to reach her, for her to contact us and nothing then we called again, and connected with JOANNA at corporate who tried to reach her and to no success. THAT SHOULD"VE BEEN THE SIGN BUT NO..... So now we are talking to JOANNA@ corporate who requests all the same things we send everything then she starts with we need all residents in the home and their bdates , bill of sales which we had sent , as well as copies of drivers license for both drivers, First Joanna says that her manager is not accepting the handwritten bill of sales, then the salesman sends a typed one to which Joanna says "my manager says that's not a bill of sales, as I proceed to tell her you are in the state of Texas and this is a bill of sales in the state of Illinois she goes back to the manager who at this point I think is a complete IDIOT, comes back and says okay but can you send a copy of the bottom half at which point I explain that is the complete bill of sales and Joanna says we need the part where you sign I then explain the x and dotted line is where you sign. after she looks at the document with all the residents I proceed to tell her we want 3 people excluded because and she says everyone in the house needs to be included licensed or unlicensed. I tell her that I have had insurance and have asked for people to be excluded basically exclusion is listed as such and am told I absolve insurance co. of liability for those excluded. Joanna then says well to exclude we must quote you a different program! Finally get the last quote before i give my card number to start the policy. I ask "if I decide to cancel on Monday will I lose all my down payment or will I get some of it back?" She then asks would I be cancelling on Monday? I said "Im not sure" She says I can no longer process this request. When I asked why? She said my manager said not to process because we expect you to keep the policy for 6mths. I said I never I wasn't going to keep it . I asked a question. I then told her I was under the impression that my right to information was provided by the constitution and I was unaware that Texas had successfully seceded itself from the US. and that I could be denied service based on an information request? I asked for a letter on company letterhead that guaranteed me that all my info would be deleted from computers and shredded such as SS and other info. Joanna stated that her Manager promised to do so I asked for an email as well as a mailed copy. NOTHING YET! THEY HAVE THE MOST HORRIBLE AND IGNORANT PEOPLE I'VE SPOKEN WITH TO DATE! WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS INSURANCE TO ANYONE.! IT WAS IMPORTANT TO EDIT THIS AND THANK JESSICA R. IN THE CICERO OFFICE AND JOANNA AND HER RIDICULOUS MANAGER FOR DENYING ME THEIR INSURANCE BECAUSE BASED ON THE REVIEWS I'VE READ IM ECCSTATIC THAT I DONT HAVE FRED LOYA INSURANCE.
