    We cannot say enough good things about the kind of service this company provides. In a desperate,…read more last-minute situation (literally hours before our home inspection to sell), we realized our GFIs weren't working in the kitchen. After calling several other companies, we landed on this one. They showed up on a busy day with the secretary telling us "they have a full plate, but I know they'll try to squeeze you in". She called them, called us back, and sure enough - they showed up within an hour. They immediately fixed the issue by rearranging all of our outlets; but the best part was this: They called before heading over to ask what supplies we had, knowing that it was my husband who had attempted the first fix. They coached him on what to pick up at the local Home Depot in order to 1.) Save some money and 2.) Save a lot of time before they arrived. They really pitied our situation! When they arrived, they explained everything in detail: what they were doing, why they were doing it that way, and how it would work now when it wasn't earlier. My husband especially appreciated that, bring that he loves learning about these kinds of skills. The inspection went perfectly and we signed the papers to sell the next day. Our buyer was a great guy, but understandably very picky in this situation - it could have gone another way. I have to give a ton of credit to On Call Electric for getting the place sold on time! The woman answering the phones and both the men who came to our rescue in September on Brookhaven Circle: Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!!! Our community is lucky to have a lot of good people, and a lot of good electricians. But you guys are the absolute best in our book.

The last time I hired him he ran a dedicated 4-gang outlet from my service box into my garage. He also installed a dedicated 50A outlet for my RV from my service box to the outside wall of my garage. He handled and passed all the permitting required by the city. He cleaned up after the job was done, was professional and answered all my questions. He even had a bit of time to give me some thoughts electrical work related to my RV. I highly recommend OCE.

Nearly 5 weeks later on Friday Feb 6, I called and talked to Rebecca about the status. She said she would call the manufacturer and call me back. No call. I called Feb 7. Rebecca said she would call on Monday Feb 9 to find out where the lights are, and would call me back. No call back. Called Saturday, Feb 14th to ask if the lights came in. I did not talk to Rebecca and did not get the name of the lady I talked to. She told me they have not received them. I told her I wanted to cancel because of the poor customer service. I briefly explained the lack of communication as mentioned above. No apologies, but I was NOW told the lights take up to 6 weeks to get. I said I wanted to cancel anyway and reiterated my reasons. I was told I would receive a call back the same day from Rebecca to cancel the order and get a refund. To this day I have not received a call. This is the worst service ever. UPDATE: Received a call from the owner. He said they will refund my money. We shall see. The most disturbing is the owner thinks I was mostly upset about how long the fixture delivery is taking. He obviously did not read the letter I sent him. Though it is not a favored situation, it was more about NO communication. NOT once did I ever receive a call back as they promised. That was the real issue I had. I will keep you posted on the refund. Any bets? !!

I went to the other side and was told she was the only person who could help me. Well, they just lost my business. She should have at least acknowledged me. I ended up going to Hughes and had a wonderful experience. It's only a few blocks away with very helpful staff.

    We purchased all new Wolf and Subzero appliances from Ferguson in December of 2020 for a new build…read more They called my builder in August of 2021 to see if we had an install date which we were not ready for yet. We are now ready for the install (Feb 2022) and they called to say the stove and beverage refrigerator are on back order....how is that possible when they were already in and paid for more than a year ago??? She then tried to tell me that they didn't have enough warehouse space so instead of calling us to ask us to pick it up they sell it to someone else.....oh, and keep our money (~$50k). My builder informed me of this and I call them and they said they were able to get the stove from another order...like that was a favor for me. However, the beverage refrigerator is not on back order, it has been discontinued. So we already have custom cabinets that have been built and installed for this size refrigerator....which they are now trying to figure out. I don't write reviews very often, but this is just outright fraud. They take my money, order and receive my equipment, then sell it to someone else without me knowing or refunding my money. Sadly we have to now resort to more formal remediation options which aren't good for either party. Obviously I don't recommend this company!
