They had mentioned a couple things that I believe were inappropriate and if I do decide to go back, it would not be. The barber mentioned a couple things which I didn't like at all. Local place on Hempstead Tpke in the Uncle Giuseppe's and Orange Theory lot. After a childhood of cuts at Gappys in Levittown, the men have switched to this incredibly clean and welcoming full service barbershop. It's not cheap... cuts are 18, usually give 4-5 bucks tip. Many languages are spoken here, Russian, Albanian, Hebrew. You can tell by the way they treated every customer that walked through the doors that they take great pride in their shop and customer service. I loved the sleek red and black decor. read more

My family and I moved to the area a year ago. We have tried several barbers in the area for the kids and they have all been subpar. The old barbers aren't nice and don't know how to do the latest hair cuts. We were going to go to our usual place in our old neighborhood till we saw the sign for loyalty: I suggested to the boys we ask if they do children. They said they did and rather than drive an extra half hour we tried them out. They were more than kind and patient with my 2 and I will be back in 6 weeks for another cut. Today I went to go get a cut and I asked for a low taper fade with LESS THAN HALF AN INCH off the top and the end result was something else.... to add during the cut he did not wet my hair once and my hair is dry coarse and curly and only 1 side of my head was faded and the other side wasn't and now my hair is sooooo short, if one of the guys at loyalty is reading this ur asian barber needs some more training. read more

I have been taking my son here for 7 years. Took a break during covid.... Decided to go to a more local place today, and had to leave mid-haircut because they messed up. Uncle Benny at Loyalty fixed him up nice and clean, as usual, and reminded why I took the extra time to drive a bit further away for the barbers at Loyalty. They are respectful and they hear us. They are accommodating and know what they are doing. I won't make the mistake to try and find somewhere more convenient, to save time. I have never left Loyalty disappointed. Went there because I needed a haircut and my regular place wasn't open. Staff is very nice but wasn't thrilled with haircut. It was little things that just weren't done so I felt like it wasn't finished. I would have stayed to get it corrected but while getting haircut I watched staff fold towels on bench and on multiple occasions they dropped clean towels on floor,picked them up and folded them.with the others. Great shop with really personable and talented barbers. The place is always clean, really comfortable chairs in the waiting area, and theyre very good about keeping tabs of whos next, so no confused stares when they call next. All the barbers there are very good, Arthur is my guy, he pays alot of attention to the quality of the cut and takes his time. Any haircut you get by him is well worth it. His fades are smooth as silk and his shaves are crisp. I took my kids a few times there and every time faced the same issue. No matter what I was asking for-barbers were doing what they wanted. Not even once we were satisfied with the results! Instead of apologies -we`ve always got an attitude! They always brought misunderstanding to the plate. What misunderstanding they meant if we speak the same language (we are the Russian speakers) and I even showed the picture of a haircut I wanted for my kids.
