My boyfriend and I wanted to get the Linkin Park symbol and we wanted to match but my boyfriend got his filled in but I didn't want my filled in. I made an appointment with Isaiah and was very accommodating for Saturday morning at 10 am. I had talked to him over the phone and required a deposit fee of $50 to hold our appointment date and part of the payment. We paid a total of $350 because mine was small and my boyfriend had a bigger one and he even got us big bottles of water to hydrate with. I was definitely happy with his tattoo. I liked the vibe inside. They played music and it was cool with ac inside. The parking however isn't all the great. I had to park in the back. It gets full fast. I highly recommend these guys. We heard of the ship from a friend of a friend. There were 5 of us who came in as a walk in to try and get tattoos in between clients with appointments. Chris was really trying to fit us in and he must've worked some magic because all 5 of us were able to get small tattoos by Chris, Kawika and Goon. The guys were so awesome and had the best vibe about them. The shop was clean and nearly decorated. I'm from Sacramento and have gotten a lot of tattoos but this is one of the best places i've been to due to their excellent communication and great vibes! Came here on the recommendation of a buddy. First time ever in Hawaii and wanted a memento but didn't want to walk into a random spot and regret it. Customer service TOP NOTCH! Commutation spot on! My artist Kaweka (pronounced Kaveeka) had my CUSTOM design ready for me to check out when I got there. He made a couple of adjustments for me and was very patient with getting the placement right where I wanted it. I am NOT an artist so I just shoot out an idea and let the artist do their thing. Kaweka did NOT disappoint! Lines are clean, color is vibrant and it fits perfect with my existing body art. I set an appointment, gave $100 down, and texted the "artist" about what I wanted. A month later when I arrived he was completely unprepared and I had to explain everything to him again as if I were a walk in . Then, despite the MANY inspo pics I provided, he took out a sharpie and drew something on me. Being young and dumb I thought he's the artist, he knows what he's doing, it will look different than the "stencil". He proceeded to cover my arms with these dark, terrible, traditional tattoos and I am so self conscious of because all of my other tattoos are fine line and feminine. They are so dark idk if I can cover them up or even rework them. The lines are thick, crooked, and uneven. The tattoo excitement had me delusion to tip him and walk out with a smile but it is my biggest regret to this day. Don't be trigger(tattoo) happy, find an actual artist! Many actual artists have told me these are too shit to work with and I should get them lasered. Edit: I didn't want to name drop, but since you asked the artist was Goon. They asked if they could help, gave me information on the parking. When I went back to get him, here comes Jake, who.offers to help. Comes in to the salon. Helps dad up, moved several trash cans that were in the way, kicks leaves and debris away from our path It may seem like a small thing, but it speaks to the personality of the shop. in a world where the old and infirm are often ignored, it was a really appreciated. Thank god I found this place - I remember my getting first tattoo in a grainy black and white blur and after making it back from TJ I had some fixing to do. So I walked in after passing by a couple times and digging the barber shop vibes when I had to use the bathroom and Jake happily obliged. Lots of work posted on the walls to showcase their artists' work very tastefully. My family and I have gotten several pieces done by Brian. We absolutely loved our experience and quality of work. Brian has done 3 custom pieces of work between myself and my husband and designed a 4th but we were not able to get it done before we left island (thanks to COVID and military restrictions) although we were incredibly impressed with the work. I got my ears pierced here. I've NEVER had my ears pierced before. I'm 21 years old. My dad wanted me to wait until I was 18 (because he says getting your ears pierced isn't natural, even though he did it when he was a teenager lol). Then when I was 18, I was too scared because it looked like it hurt a lot. Now I'm 21, I'll be 22 next week, and I decided I need to just do it. I pass by here all the time, and it's right next to 7/11 and they have parking. It looks nice and professional on the outside, so I wanted to see if I could get my ears pierced here. I called and yes, it's around $65 which is a lot, but I knew I was in good hands. They pierced my ears with the needle instead of the gun, which I knew was better because friends had told me, etc. It's just safer or cleaner or both, which I wanted. Alexandra Larson pierced my ears, and oh my god she was AMAZING!!!! Literally 10 stars. I was SOOOO nervous and scared, and she had this AMAZING positive attitude the ENTIRE time. I was definitely overreacting, and Alexandra was super chill, fun, relaxing, patient, and positive. She's a professional. She's got an amazing personality too. I felt comfortable the second I saw her. I was terrified of the needle though Lol. But it didn't even hurt, like barely. Getting stung by a bee and laser hair removal hurts WAY more. I was shocked. She gave me great after care instructions as well. I'm so so happy I went here to get my ears pierced and so glad Alexandra helped me out. This was a great experience and I already wanna go back! LOL The other employees here were also super welcoming, chill, and nice too. Which was very reassuring. They are all very cool and grounded, and are great artists. Everyone here is a professional. I was on vacation, my first time in Hawaii so I made an appointment with Loyalty Tattoo. My appointment was with Damian. I was charged the deposit of $50 plus tax. My appointment was at 2:30pm on June 25. I showed up at 2:20 pm for my appointment with Damian. We had our consultation and he told me 30-45 mins to design the tattoo and he would call me. I never received a call back so I called the tattoo number. They tried to get in touch with Damian with no avail. I called back at 5:14pm to get a refund and I am being told it will take 1-2 days for them to get back to me about my refund. I didn't take 1-2 business days to pay the deposit, they took the deposit immediately and I showed up to my appointment even before my appointment time. Damian was off by one number when he texted me but i didn't have time to get the tattoo anymore. The owner Chris got on the phone and tried to make it seem like it was somehow my fault because i didn't want the tattoo anymore. I believe Damian was sincere but Chris (owner) was very unprofessional and i would not recommend going to this place with an owner with his attitude. Please please stay away!!! read more

Never go to loyalty tattoo!!! I got the smallest tattoo and before starting they said it would be the minimum 60-80 and then when he finished he told me 100. I went to k town a couple weeks ago and got a tattoo bigger than that and was only charged 75 and asked how much they would have charged for the one I had done at loyalty and they said 60. My husband has gone to loyalty twice and each time they rip him off he just paid 500 to fill in his chest which was barely anything and everyone I ask says it should have been 200 and he got ripped off. read more
