I already had thin hair due to medication, so this was not gonna get better. I did not want to take expensive supplements or apply topicals. She was very knowledgeable, very kind, and so so talkative ! I appreciate that she was able to provide an example of what I should expect before starting with my results AND the pain . The process itself was super fast ! My brows were done in like 2-3 minutes and my shoulder was done in 5 ! Not gonna lie, it's very true when they say a tattoo removal hurts a lot more than the tattoo itself but Kristine made me so comfortable , it's worth it PLUS the pain is only bad for a couple minutes ! She said she'd be availableby text or to call if I had questions or changed my mind which put me at ease. Very personable. From the text conversation we had, she listened to every single thing I said I was looking for. We made the appointment and then she reached out again to confirm. Very professional. Upon arriving I was greeted very nicely. The shop is easy to find. Decent parking. The shop is clean. And the staff is is friendly. I used some numbing cream that wore off rather quickly. I am not a fan of pain. And Natalie was very understanding as well as accommodating my pathetic self. Lol. She let me break and breath when I needed to. She talked to me a little during the session to help ease my mind. She even rooted me on and motivated me to finish. Lol. I am very pleased with my tattoo. It looks great.
