My normal office is in Burbank CA but I've been treated in Salt Lake City, and, today, Lubbock TX. Well payment declined in November, December and January! Then I get billed February 14th. I call and am told we do not offer refunds. You will have to accept that charge and come in and cancel. I asked to speak to a manager and I'm put on hold for 10 minutes. I was also told that managers are NEVER in the clinic so it's impossible to speak to one. The front desk ladies have to send in a request for a manager to call you. Horrible customer service. The lady would just put the phone down and start taking to someone else while I was asking questions.

We did not get our backs adjusted because they have a policy to doing x-rays before an adjustment can be done. They offer on-site xrays but dont develop them immediately. This is different from any other chiropractor i've been to who dont xray at all. They did, however, do an extensive consultation followed by a couple of other therapies. This place seems more like a physical therapy place than a chiropractic office. They have MANY MANY different machines and gadgets. Everything is out on the floor and multiple patient are getting treated at the same time, side-by-side. If you are a private person, I dont recommend coming here. One downside is that the office seems pretty disheveled. There were random things everywhere. This is probably because they are getting ready to move to a new location and their office was recently flooded. Michelle is wonderful. She is very nice and makes you feel very comfortable.
