I really wasn't going to write a review and I really don't care what negative thing you want to reply to me, I just want you to know the pain and suffering you costed me. This doctor for me was greaT during my pregnancy. I stressed to him since the day I saw him how nervous I was and how it was my first child and that I have anxiety. He was always really reassuring and answered all my questions. We planned my c section for maybe a month or two out and it was great. One thing I stressed to him was that I wanted things to be the way I wanted them. I was paying A high rate through my insurance to see him because I liked and trusted him. The day I was induced he showed up once to talk with me the second day. It was fine I didn't need him there and he had already had things planned out for me. I have anxiety so he knew I was going to be freaking out. He had medicine for me Incase of pain and even something to help with the nerves, it was great. The hospital knew how nervous I was as well and introduced me to every single individual that would be assisting in my c section it was really reassuring. Well c section time comes. Dr Shoman shows up like it's a party with another doctor. He never once mentioned before or even when he came to visit me that one of his "colleagues " would be there or be witnessing my c section because GOD TRUST AND BELIEVE IF I KNEW I WOULD OF SAID NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!! He shows up with this random doctor who's literally behind his shoulder. I asked dr shoman to give me a second literally to proccess the feeling of anestesia and he ignored it started cutting and I felt a lot of pressure and I went into full blown panic mode and closed my eyes. I never once opened my eyes after that. It was the saddest thing I've ever done but this for me was so traumatic. He had to sedate me because I was crying and wouldn't open my eyes. I stressed to you from day one that I wanted things my way. You went behind my back bought a random stranger and you couldn't wait one single second for me. Because of how horrible and traumatic for me my birth way I experienced ppd with borderline psychosis. You caused me the worst birth and I had nightmares about it. I still replay all these details in my head and it makes me fucking sick and sad that things turned out like this that I didn't even want to open my eyes. I didn't even see my child's birth or enjoy it. I want you to know what you did to me was wrong and because of you I had a horrible birth and I was so traumatized by experience.i trusted you and because of you I had a horrible start to motherhood.

Dr. Rosendorf found out my problem after 1 procedure and made his recommendation of what I should do. I followed his course and I have to say I feel amazing. It is 2 years since my surgery ( he did not perform because he is not a surgeon ) and I feel like a new man. Rosendorf performs colinoscopy's, endosocopy's and stuff along those lines. I am in my 30's and I think Rosendorf is in his late 30's. I am thrilled about this because this means he will be my gastro doctor for the rest of my life. If you are having pains, you owe it to yourself to give him a shot. Go see him, and report back here with your results!

I came here to see Dr. Derrick Sims for my annual physical. He was thorough, but was more critical…read moreand judgmental than necessary. While he seemed knowledgeable, his bedside manner was lacking. There was no compassion there. I didn't feel comfortable discussing another important personal health matter with him because of his demeanor. At the end of the day, I had my physical done and that's what matters but it wasn't the most positive experience. Fast forward to two months later. I made an appointment for 9AM for my follow up. I arrive at 8:55. When I arrive there is one other patient sitting and waiting to be seen. As I sit down, she is called in for Dr. Sims. I wait... wait and wait.... 45 minutes later I ask the nurse if my appointment was for 9 or 9:30. She told me it was 9:00 but there was another doctor there and there were no rooms available for me to be seen. That sounded like a crock of shit to me because the entire 45 minutes I was there, no patients came in or out. At 45 minutes, I walked out. And I felt good doing so. I didn't like him anyway and I don't wait 45 minutes for anyone. My time is just as valuable and as precious as his and if this is how patients are treated, I don't need to go there. I am currently having my records forwarded to another doctor. Additionally I met with Dr. Imbornone (sp?) on one occasion for an upper respiratory infection. Again, a very competent doctor but no bedside manner whatsoever. Very dry, no compassion, very clinical. My infection went away with the meds he gave me but there was no connection there. He didn't even shake my hand. Again, I guess this is how the doctors are there and for some people, that works. For me, I like a little more.

Don't get me wrong. He IS a doctor, so he DOES sometimes go into clinical mode, but....if you ask him to break it down into layman's terms, he will. He IS a doctor, and he is going to tell you not to do all of the fun stuff that you wanna do (What? I can't eat cheeseburgers everyday?) But, if you ask him to deal in reality, he will certainly do so. Sorry that you didn't have a good experience, Jen. I have taken off a star solely for the front desk. Sometimes getting someone to answer the phone is like pulling teeth. Edited to add the following: I remember one time I went in to see Dr. Sims and I was feeling particularly miserable. I must have looked incredibly miserable because he actually gave me a hug. The hug wasn't inappropriate or creepy, it was actually very kind. Kudos, Dr. Sims!

We had been to 2 other pediatric opthamologist's before, both whom said surgery was needed. We went Dr. Yangs office, who she shares with Dr. Mickey. It was a very cute and inviting place being that most of the office is covered in Mickey and Minnie mouse, children's toys, books, and a drawing easel to entertain the little ones while they waited. Dr. Yang took us in with no insurance and even offered us a discount rate because of that. She was extremely upbeat and child friendly. She informed me that my daughter had a condition called esotrophia, which no other doctor had pointed out before. She also said that surgery was not necessarily needed and that it could be corrected by wearing glasses for a few years. So she decided that we would go that route, and wanted to wait and see how things progressed and go from there. As of right now my daughter still wears cute little.pink glasses at 3.5 years old. Her condition has drastically improved over time and we go back every few months to make sure of of that. Dr. Yang seems to be extremely knowledgeable in her field and doesn't act like it's a meat market, pushing surgery on everyone who comes through the door. I am ecstatic to have found her and will be bringing my daughter to her for as long she's needed.

Horrible! I would give a negative rating if possible. Dr. Lee is the owner and is the most…read moreunprofessional and rude doctor I have ever seen. I accompanied my mother to her visit. He didn't wear a mask the entire time. He yelled at my elderly mother for missing an appointment. Note that my mother has early dementia. She did not remember her appointment and Dr. Lee's office also did not call us to confirm the appointment. I asked for her prescription refill for her dementia since he had already seen her six months prior. He refused and continued on his tirade screaming about how his office will have to conduct tests again and complete paperwork for her insurance and how "complicated" it is. Isn't that what medical offices are required to do?? He also told me to put my mother in a nursing home just because her memory has deteriorated a bit. He also yells, screaming for his staff through the closed door until someone comes running. The front desk staff also yells at patients. I was shocked to hear the front desk woman yelling at an elderly patient that the elderly patient is making her work complicated. She continued to scream at the patient to decide on the date of her next appointment. It was all surreal! I couldn't believe this was the treatment my mother had been receiving in her past visits. I was in shock the entire time and asked for my mother's prescription so we could finally leave. The doctor insisted we go to the pharmacy they recommend, which is inconvenient for us. I politely asked for the prescription repeatedly so we could go to our preferred pharmacy till finally the doctor said it was a nuisance and time consuming for them to hand write the script. They wanted us to just go with their pharmacy since it's easier for them since that pharmacy had the prescriptions! They just didn't want to make the effort and everything is about what is convenient to them only! I have never experienced such an unprofessional and rude practice, ever!
