I can't say enough good things about these guys! I brought my truck in after constantly having…read moreproblems with my front differential. Every time I'd take it out to the dunes and drive through the sand to get my camper where I wanted it, the front differential would end up cracking or failing. Brett and Kev took the time to diagnose the real issue and came up with a permanent solution. They fabricated a custom bracket to reinforce the front differential, making it much stronger, and also re-geared both the front and rear differentials. I was honestly a little hesitant at first because I'd had so many failures in the past, but after taking it back out to the dunes and putting it through some hard driving in the sand, it performed flawlessly. The difference is incredible. My truck feels stronger, more capable, and gives me the confidence to drive it the way I always wanted to. If you're looking for knowledgeable people who stand behind their work and build things the right way, I highly recommend Brett and Kev at Big Boyz. Took my truck in to get my transmission cooler lines serviced. After picking it up I noticed my…read moretransmission temp gauge stopped working. I called them to see if I can take it back to have that fixed. Took the truck back and they told me that I needed to change my sensor and that they'd charge me for the labor. So I replaced the sensor, ring terminal, T-fitting, AND my gauge. Costed me $80 plus 2 hours of my time to do it myself. Still the gauge wasn't working. I took my truck to them a THIRD time telling them that I did the repairs they recommended. I said that my gauge was working before I dropped it off the first time for repairs, but they rejected to fix the problem free of charge. It's not my problem to pay for or invest more of my time to fix. Now I have to invest more of my time to figure out the problem myself because I am not gonna fork over another $100 to have someone else fix a problem that this shop created. I'm beyond angered by these people and won't be doing business with them in the future, neither will my friends or family.

My family and I were on vacation for the week and on our way to see the Trail of 100 Giants, the check engine light on our 2020 Toyota Highlander began to flash - shortly followed by a loss of almost all of the engine's power. We somehow managed to limp down the hill and pulled into 360 Performance Automotive just a few minutes prior to them closing for the day. They quickly diagnosed the problem and began the repair after hours for us. Did I mention we were traveling with two dogs? Yes, they even let us wait inside with our pets! After the repair, they gave the Highlander a 10-mile test drive just to be absolutely sure everything was functioning properly, as we were staying 30 miles away up in the local mountains - where all of our personal belongings were. The service was above and beyond anything expected - the repair turned out to be something recently "fixed" by the Toyota Dealer. And the price they charged was a fraction of what we spent at the dealer a few months back.
