The rookie driver that came to pick up my car hooked it up back first which almost took off the front bumper while pulling it onto the truck bed. He then leveled the bed out without putting my car into gear or pulling up the e-brake. Then my car proceded to roll and slam into the back of his truck. The driver said nothing. I then told him to get my car off his truck. He let the bed back down. Car still not in gear or brake. It rolled forward until the chains hooked on the axles jolted it to a stop at the end of the links. Stripped axle bolts, cracked windshield, unaligned rear bumper and tail lights is the service I received. The owner Manuel Alcantar refused to give me any insurance information and hangs up on me. Completely unprofessional and rude. You will regret using them if you do.

Had one heck of an emergency. So we called a tow truck to have it lifted to Park Place. It was way after hours on a Sunday so It was a crap shoot. Called Alcantar, was quoted $80 over the phone and about an hour wait. Well the wait was about a half hour so that was super good. The driver was nice, pleasant, and worked a miracle to get that 5000 pound beast on the flat bed. Wiggled it and wriggled it until it was up. Got it to the dealership a few miles up the road, and wiggled it off the truck. Now here is what went bad. Was quoted $80, We were charged $115, still have the receipt. I did inform them the car was a lock out and the car could not be placed in neutral and asked for the worst case scenario price and was told $80. Not going to argue though because the driver did an excellent job of getting there in a timely manner, on a Sunday, and handled the car with kid gloves. Was probably worth $150 since it was Mother's Day and after 6 pm. I am rating it a 4 though the next time, I would expect the price quoted to be the price paid and allow me to decide the tip, not just upcharge me.
