My fiancé and I called…read morethis service company Monday morning (7/6/26 at 1:30am) to help us tow a 2010 Ford f-150 because the front right rear tire fell off in the middle of the highway and lost our tire. We told him it was a tow from Dallas to Greenville,TX and gave us an estimate of $480. We agreed and sent him the $50 like he said to send first. The guy who was on the phone with us told us he was going to be there in 15 minutes and turned into 30 to 35 minutes. He finally gets there and took him an hour to get the truck on the flatbed. He was not sure what he was doing and was getting frustrated. Finally they drive to Greenville,TX and the whole time the tow guy was complaining to my fiancé (a customer) about how he was going to be late for a flight and that the drive is too far! How hard it was to get the truck on the flatbed, he just kept complaining about the job he just did the whole ride to his house. Finally he gets to the location and dropped the truck quickly like it was whatever and changed the price to $650 !! The guy just didn't care what he did and wanted to leave already due to his flight. The price change after the drop was ridiculous and was not the agreed amount we spoke on the phone. He told us $480 and changed it last minute because he said it was a lifted truck, he was struggling to get it on the flatbed, the drive was too far and that he was going to miss his flight! This is so unprofessional !! If it was going to be $650 we would have called another towing company. This was the worst experience ever with this towing company! We have never had anything like this happened to us. Do not call and do any business with this company unless you want to experience a horrible service, hear the driver complaining the whole ride on how difficult you made his job and most of all a HUGE price change last minute after the drop !!

The driver clearly failed to properly secure the steering wheel, which is basic towing procedure. This level of negligence is unacceptable. What made the situation worse is the company's complete lack of accountability. They denied responsibility and refused to provide their insurance information so I could file a claim. That alone says everything about how they handle their mistakes. This experience was beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. If a company damages your vehicle and then refuses to take responsibility or even cooperate, that's a huge red flag. Save yourself the headache and go with a reputable towing company--this one is not it.
