I spoke to Maria, and shared information regarding the coverage I had recieved, and the property in question. Maria promised to get back to me quickly, and she kept her word. She let me know that I had an exceptionally low rate with the existing carrier, and should definitely renew it. She didn't try to upsell me, invent silly reasons why the existing coverage was not good, or any of the other shenanigans that too many of us have come to expect from some insurance folks, sad to say. She also shared with me other insurance options her company offers, and helpful advice around future insurance purchases. Overall, even though I didn't end up purchasing a policy, Maria and the team at Carla's office was outstanding for being transparent, helpful and responsive.
