A crew arrived to strip the old roof off and hauled away the material. Whew what a mess, but they did a good job to keep it as clean as possible. Next came Nate, Edward, Mark and Emilio and a load of material. A couple of days later and here we are with a new roof. Mike, Nate & Crew have been doing this for many years and they know what they are doing. Everyone was polite, hard working and didn't push or look for extra work to charge me for. So you need a roof? Some was so bad that you could literally see exposed underlayment. I was only able to catch this due to a bathroom window I have that just happen to overlook it. If I got the work done on a different part of the roof, probably would never have noticed. And would never be able to call them to address it, so keep that in mind. What's worse is that since the roof work there was no major rain for 16 month, which is outside of the 12 month warranty. So I guess if you never put their roof to the test against mother nature then I guess it's perfect service. But the first time it's suppose to do its job it fails to do so. At this point I'm not sure what they did mess up my tiles and take my money for the privilege. I would literally be in a better position had I not paid them to do "work" on my roof. I tried contacting them several times and met with the cold shoulder. I'm probably just going to eat my losses here but if you're considering them, just be warned. Or make sure it rains in the warranty period!
