We hired Coby for roof repairs after termite fumigators broke tiles on our roof. When he came over to inspect the damages he explained how he could replace the tiles and inspect the underlayment, but he also told us how he could wash our roof after. That would allow us to check for leaks as well as give us a clean roof b/c they clean each individual tile. We let him know we needed tiles to match so he took time to make sure he could find the same tiles before we signed the agreement. We decided to move forward with Coby among the other roof repair services b/c he was transparent and professional in person and gave us a competitive quote. I've known Coby, the owner, since 2023 when he first came out to fix my leaky skylight. He spent a good amount of time on the roof, took detailed pictures, explained everything clearly, and made sure the leak was fully resolved. A little late in writing this review, but way back in September of 2024 and prior to any measurable rain in Southern California, I asked Coby Roof Repair for a quote to remove an existing skylight that had some previous leak issues. Coby responded very quickly to the request and made an appointment to inspect the skylight, before giving me the quote. He arrived on time as scheduled and took the time to inspect the existing skylight. He gave me a reasonable quote and we agreed upon a date to remove and dispose of the skylight, in addition to patching the hole. He did not require me to be home when he completed the job. He was sure to message me and send me pictures and updates as he completed the job. He matched the old existing tiles on the roof as best as he could. It wasn't a perfect match, but close enough for a 20+ year old roof - I just needed a temporary fix before the rainy season started. When he was finished I was satisfied with the work, all completed on a day.
