Mike's team quickly fixed that problem and he advised me that the house singles would likely need replacing in 10-12 years. I called Mike again in September 2024 for that replacement work and found his bid reasonable, but I had to wait months since he is in high demand. We further delayed the work for several months, but the task was completed in September 2025. Thankfully, Mike's team located and replaced more water damaged facia board and plywood than I had anticipated. They also installed Velux skylights to replace our acrylic dome 2x2 curb-mounted skylights. Throughout the process Mike was gracious and patient in answering all of our questions and responsive to our quirky requests. The workers showed up on time, left on time, and cleaned up. Mike stayed in constant communication, made a couple recommendations, and listened to my requests. He was also accommodating to my schedule. Most of Mike's team have been with him for at least a decade. Mike was personally on site for portions of each workday to ensure the crew new what we wanted to accomplish and to secure any materials they might need. They were booked almost a year out, but Mike dropped by the following week and did a quick repair. We scheduled a repair the next opening he had - which was this month February.
