Never have I experienced this abc method that Dr. Aberle uses. I originally went to see Dr. Aberle for some muscle work I needed on my shoulder. It had been bothering me for years. I got the muscle work that day but I was also educated on the abc method. My shoulder problem went away. I go every week for a treatment and my whole back has never felt better. My posture has gradually improved. I understand that the abc method doesn't have a stage were you are "done". I just know that for two years now I have a lot less back pain and I credit Dr. Aberle and this abc method for that. I would highly recommend you go see him.

After just a couple of visits, I went from looking like an eighty year hunchback to my usual chipper self. As a first time patient, Dr. Mikkelson did a great of diagnosing the problem and explaining the proposed treatment. She also discussed posture improvements and adjustments to my home office set-up to prevent the neck problems from re-occurring. The office staff is very friendly and efficient. My first appointment was a full consultation, including X-rays and a complete explanation as to how this would work and what to expect. This made me feel extremely comfortable. These guys were actually looking at my spine, not just guessing why my hand was going numb all the time and why my hips were constantly aching! I have been visiting for regular adjustments, 3 times a week, for almost two months now. I do not wake up in the middle of the night with my hips aching. I've stopped dropping things at work as my hand has not been going numb. They've won me over! On a further note: Everyone is kind, courteous, helpful and gracious in this office. I was unable to move my arm during the treatment. I was left in a room for over 30 minutes and was not checked on during the session. Other than my arm and foot, the other areas that were treated were not painful. I would have ended the session if given the chance. I would not recommend this business.
