The studio itself is beautiful and inviting. Our instructor Lizzie (also the studio manager) was fantastic! She took the time to explain the different exercises (a few of us were first-timers). The juice bar is good too with various protein drinks. They have pickleball courts that double as basket ball courts. Hopefully they will expand a little more and add the pool.
