Got a fast return call and thanks to that dentist and my CVS, by 6pm, I had Amoxicillin ready for pickup and instructions on how to treat the pain. On Monday, I will call the main office for an appointment for treatment. The dentists and staff are great. It is a true Customer Satisfaction practice.

I write this review not only to spread the word about Chatham family, but because this is THE place to go, for everyone. No judgment, no rushing, just an abundance of kindness and caring all around. The staff are attuned to your specific needs so I felt seen and heard for my concerns as an individual person. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, with familiar country music playing, potted plants outside and inside, kind staff, it was nothing like the sterile offices I had been to before. My most sincere gratitude goes to the to people that worked with me. The dentist, Dr. Colin Barbaro and his assistant Maddie were both as empathetic as they were professional. They answered my questions, explained everything, and gave me breaks before I even realized I could've used one. Maddie even turned down the music when I was getting overstimulated. So grateful to her for such a seemingly small gesture, it made a big impact on me. I had many fillings that needed fixing from grinding my teeth and an old sealant that wasn't done so well at another office. Dr. Barbaro was so thorough, after many doing many, many fillings he found another tooth that looked only slightly off. He was able to also find a very well hidden cavity sitting under sealant that could have gone on to cause me much more trouble down the road. What a lifesaver. He was generous with his time, insanely thorough, and overall just a really great doctor/dentist. Near the end of my second appointment, I started crying from so much anxiety and just being worn out. He checked in with me to ask if there was anything he could do to ease my stress, and took away the embarrassment I had of crying as a grown up with his outstanding bedside manner. A fantastic dental practice for anyone, though I'd highly recommend it if fear of judgement, pain or embarrassment is what is stopping you from getting proper dental care. They'll take care of you! Overall professional and organized. I had a few cleanings and fillings done there. Also, was…read morereferred to excellent endodontist. However, one of my filling experiences was pretty unpleasant and distressing. The doctor couldn't get the area numb. When I expressed pain when she worked on the area, she continued to add anesthesia but it wasn't working. She then kept asking me if I was nervous and appeared skeptical that I was feeling pain (as if, how could that be possible after 2-3 shots). That made me feel very dismissed. I honestly wanted to leave prior to the procedure being done. I have had probably at least a dozen fillings and never a problem with numbing. And also never anxious.... Until that moment. Finally, she added a shot into the nerve that did the trick but the process was so unpleasant and I felt so dismissed (as if I was making pain up). I've never had an experience like that for all the fillings (and root canal) that I've gotten in the past.
