Very laid back and confidence-inspiring. She helped us visualize our wedding in a different way that was even really helpful for planning, and she walked us through different options for when and how to take photos with guests (receiving line, candid, a private space, etc.) and the schedule of the day from a photographer's perspective. She asked for a list of all the people we wanted formal shots with in advance and had a grip on who was who, to make sure she got everyone. She was very communicative and even checked in the week of the wedding to make sure nothing had changed in the schedule or guest list and walk through the logistics one last time. It all made it very easy the day of, and you can tell in our photos! We got a sneak peek of 5 photos just a few days later and they are incredible. Couldn't have asked for better! They are artistic and creative while not detracting from us as the couple and she got some very insightful shots of us. Thanks, Randi!

Randi forgot to take photos of our family members, she was not detail oriented and was not professional. It took six months to get our Thank You Cards. The quality of these were poor and the cards had to be re-printed four times. Randi did not listen and did not pay attention to how we wanted things. In addition, the expensive ($1,500) Wedding Book that we ordered was a mess. Randi did not spend any time putting the book together but wanted us to do the work ourselves. Most of the pictures were "redish" in color and did not go well together. We would not recommend Randi Baird to anyone and are highly disappointed with her work and way to work. DO NOT BOTHER with this "photographer"!

I have been waiting to write a review about our horrendous experience with these photographers…read moresince 2011 and am finally doing so to help prevent other couples from being scammed by Bello the way that we were. We inquired about this couple-photographer's pricing and agreed to a meeting, where we were hard-pitched their wedding services and pressured to put down a $1,000 deposit to save a date while we considered hiring them. They verbally made it clear that the $1,000 was non-binding and that we could take our time to decide, and let them know. The very next day we decided against hiring Bello. Frankly, their services are drastically over-priced based on other photographers price points for similar work/experience. Well, guess what? In less than 24-hours they had cashed out check and refused to reimburse us. This resulted in a heated back and forth that ultimately lead to the wife saying our only option was to hire them, or we would not get our $1,000 back. Clearly, by that point she and her husband were the LAST people we wanted there on our wedding day. We never were reimbursed and we went with a different Cape Cod-based photographer but this experience still haunts me 5 years later. It was a low point in my wedding planning to have to deal with such a slimy, scandalous, downright horrible business - and they should simply be ashamed of themselves as people. I would beg everyone considering this photographer - for your wedding or other important life event - to reconsider. If this was how they treated a potential customer I cannot even image what it must be like to engage with them through the lifespan of a full photo session, wedding or project. Buyer beware!!!!

The gallery is located in the rear of a other shop but is clearly marked with signage to direct you to the right place. Michael Johnson created the infamous "Joy in the morning" print of the MV Polar Bears. You are able to purchase the print in various sizes, including post cards and magnets. We were lucky enough to meet Mr. Johnson during our visit. He's very personable and engaging. Stop by and take a look around. I'm certain that you will find something that you like!!

Being from Cali, all of our best family pics seem to be local or in Hawaii. Rarely would I consider hiring a photographer for something like this (that's for weddings right?) but hey, we were on vacation. And try as I might - I just couldn't capture that Massachusetts/East Coast beachy vibe I wanted. So I asked the concierge if there were any local photogs they recommended, and he said Nicole was the best. We met her the next day, and she was truly lovely. She suggested several locations, spent 2 hours with us, and we had a blast. But even better? The pictures were STUNNING. Not only did we have the perfect holiday card, but we ended up with the best grand-parent gifts ever (I uploaded the image on Shutterfly). Nicole was sweet, fun, & made us all feel like we had been friends forever. Even my teen boys were game & loved the pics. Hopefully she'll come West so we can make a tradition of some better family pics for the memory books. Extra Bonus - she gave us all of our low-rez files on a USB drive (perfect for my iPad, and posting to facebook, sharing etc.). What I have grown to realize is…read morethat a camera lens can in fact capture the spirit, but its the photographer that really presents that in print. More goes into one photo then just simply 'point and shoot'. Lighting, color, depth, personality, spirit (of both the photographer and the subject,) vision, artistic expression and heart. Nicole's photography is thoughtful and fun. She is truly a professional. She's willing to all kinds of lengths to get THAT photo. She knows how to get people's best. She allows people to be exactly who they are and get comfortable. Her photos are unique (not "cookie cutter") and warm. I dont know that people know the true talents of a photographer anymore (thinking they can do the same on the Iphone-I disagree). Photographers are artist, and professionals, and they spend a good amount of time with their subjects to try and get the kinds of photos that can live for ever for those clients.
