She came in, did not even introduce herself or review the case and just immediately started spewing why I should not have even been here and how my case is just a lump and follow the radiologist suggestion. Mind you, her process when scheduling this appointment, the person told me she reviews cases before taking on an appointment, so if you reviewed it why would you tell me to come in waste my time and take my money. Her delivery and attitude were very charged. She spent no longer than 10 minutes in the room and just kept saying nothing of wrong and im not sure why you are here. We aren't going to do stuff just to do it, not explaining anything in a simple term and expected us to just understand it I can't go in to sorry more without talking more about my reason for being there but I will not be back. And then the breast exam. I laid down and she just poked and my breasts for less than 2 minutes, No gloves either. I myself have done a better exam of my breast, AND both the student and assistant exams my breasts when I was not even asked if they could when every other doctor, you get asked. Just poking, no detailed exam. And while doing so rolled her eyes again on her disagreement on why I was sent here from my primary. Every single time I asked a question I was met with a dismissive response and left very frustrated, even more confused, and overall the biggest worst taste in my mouth about this rushed and rude appointment. Just overall a very rude, short and attitude filled doctor. Do not go here.

Its absolutely mind blowing how this practice is still in business with his office manager Christy or however her name is spelled. Christy is disgraceful, incompetent, and 100% not professional. She needs to find a new line of work if she doesn't know how to read what tests were ordered. Absolutely PATHETIC to be the office manager and not know what was or was not ordered. If you value your time and/or your sanity AVOID this practice at all cost! Christy lied to me multiple times (and I fully believe she intended to do so maliciously - which is really where the problem lies) and here is the FULL STORY. Enjoy! I needed bloodwork and went to get it done. While at Quest I was informed there was no TB test ordered by my Dr. Office (Dr. Lipman). So I called Dr. Lipman's office and spoke to Christy. She stated that she had electronically submitted the TB test and I informed her that I was in the phlebotomists office, looking at what was actually ordered, and there was NO TB TEST. She doubled down, and rudely stated the date and time that it was submitted. She was wrong, so I asked her to send over proof of the TB test being ordered. We waited and waited. 30 minutes later the phlebotomist shows us the faxed "proof". Guess what!!! IT DID NOT SHOW ANY TB TEST. So I called Dr. Lipman's office back and asked her why the order doesn't show TB test. Of course she didn't have any answer for me, I explained to her that she wasted my time by giving me incorrect information making me think that I needed a TB test when in fact it was not needed. She clearly didn't like that because she then became even more unprofessional and rude. Clearly not making any progress with her over the phone, I decided to go into Dr. Lipman's office to have the conversation in person and find out why she wants to lie and be rude, and unprofessional - ALL WHILE BE WRONG!!! I ended up speaking with Dr. Lipman himself. He was not much better. He wouldn't let me speak. He interrupted me multiple times when I was literally just trying to explain to him the issue at hand, for him to decide how to mediate the situation. He kept repeating himself, asking me what I would like done, and while answering that question he would continue to interrupt me. This guy clearly does not value his customers, so its obvious where Christy gets her attitude from. Every single business owner should understand that things will happen and that customers will bring things to their attention and its in the business owners best interest to take a few short moments to listen to both sides of the story and then go from there. Dr. Lipman had no desire to do that. Dr. Lipman had no desire to let me tell him how rude, and how wrong, and how much of a waste of time his employee caused me. PATHETIC! You need to do better!

After a long approval process with Insurance, my shooting pain from my back to my toes was getting worst to a point I could walk only 10 yards. Dr. John Anson was wonderful, he studied the MRI studies, explained the procedure needed. My follow up appointment gives me time to heal. No more shooting pains, but more time to gain muscle mass via good diet, the narcotic pain medications and muscle relaxers helped but I had to stop them and use only Tylenol because of severe constipation. I had gone to Bowel Cleansing to flush my bowels/ constipation- renewing via Anna Bella Colonics! Thank you Alma and Dr. John Anson for finally curing my shooting pains that were a point of 24 hours of torture. I'm still healing but still gratefully embracing my current condition versus the constant pain! I feel I can hug the both of you with love and gratitude! I'm here due to an imbalance with iron deficiency that has occurred yet again . This time around I'm on my fifth infusion of iron. The staff have been spectacular in making sure that my care is paramount. Could you imagine the strife an individual has to endure here? Cancer patients from all walks of life? Their existence and will are so precious. Lots of these patients are super human. They deserve and have that will, it's just magical to see. Here anemia sure can cause an individual to be sick, but cancer is devastating. I believe in these walls the patients and staff make their lives better with the warmth they create . Again, who knows how long we have to endure here? Some days we just want to "stop fighting the good fight." Then we remember all those that are around us, we have so much to give. Kindness and love are what we need to deliver and show others how to live. And to be loved. They always say, "you have your health." This last year it's seemed blow after blow, being isolated and feeling my own pain it feels like dark. On every occasion that I've visited here especially, the lab the staff and other patients have always brought a smile to my heart. There is no judgement here. We all struggle. We all fight the good fight . We should spread kindness whenever possible. I have had too many close calls and encounters in life that I've been given. If today was your last chance would you keep on? Would you just give up. Mind you I don't have the struggles with cancer, my alignment is anemia. It's again on the other spectrum from cancer, anemia for whatever reason makes inconsistency in the body too. The deprivation of oxygen to the brain and heart are let's say's, "not great." This last year, five iron infusions and the intolerances that come from iron not made in the body is rough. Here I stand. I stand stronger, I'm not sure why? We are not to ask the why? My only complaint is the girl that answered the phone was super hard to understand, and felt super cold as if she didn't care, and her speech was like how hearing impaired people speak, a congested nasally voice, my husband felt really bad and awkward not understanding what she was asking so he put it on speaker so we can help figure out what she was saying! It made an already difficult situation even more stressful than what it needed to be! Her name sounded like "rain" and they really need to consider how stressful it is getting a loved one with cancer and then having try and understand what the person on the other end is asking and saying! I've encountered rude behavior from staff, including witnessing them speak harshly to lab technicians over mistakes. Billing has been especially problematic. However, after more than a year of back-and-forth, I still have not received a clear, consolidated statement or the refund I was told was "issued". I've repeatedly been told that billing records haven't been properly consolidated for some time and that it's "being worked on." I'm sharing this in case it helps others stay vigilant about reviewing their statements and advocating for themselves. My experience suggests that errors can persist unless closely followed up on.
