He then scheduled the work as he promised to do, in a time suitable for us and your crew. The onsite crew arrived as expected and checked with us when they first arrived, introduced themselves by name, and looked over the job with us before they started. We appreciated them doing this which was good for us and for them, so both could agree beforehand on the expectations for the job, so each had no surprises. While they worked on the job we had occasion to ask about certain things or request minor things, which they were very receptive to talking about and did their best to handle. Because they had given their names, it was easier to approach them when it was necessary, and they were receptive to our inquiries in a positive way. This is very important in my mind. I know there is a fine balance, but If crews react badly or are difficult to approach, this can lead to a less than desirable relationship and impact the job and customer satisfaction, But this didn't happen with Bartlett.
