We were just outside of Umatilla when our Power Steering Pump went out. After a few lopsided directions to this area, we fortunately ended up at John's Car Care. They were able to find the part to be delivered to them at 5 p.m. today. They graciously agreed to repair the car in the morning and get us back on our way by 11 a.m. John even called an inn to get us a room and his son took us there!! Talk about going above and beyond. Lo and behold, I got a call from John at 5:30 p.m. The part had come in at 4 p.m. and his grandson got the new part on. His son again came to pick us up.
