Then my husband remembered seeing a truck with "mobile mechanic" on it and searched for "mobile mechanics near me". We called FRE Performance Mobile Auto Repair and for not much more than it would have cost just for the tow, we got great service at an affordable price. Brent knew what the problem was as soon as he attempted to start it, then verified that with the diagnostic machine. Within minutes, he had diagnosed the problem and found the part in stock. When he quoted the price for parts and labor, I think that it was considerably less than we would have been charged at many places. He drove to the parts place, got the part, and had it installed in just over an hour. It was probably the easiest car repair we'd ever had. The great thing was that no waiting in repair shop waiting rooms was required, and we were able to be at home to meet another contractor for an estimate at the same time. We will definitely use his services again for any other auto repairs and maintenance that we have in the future.
