If I refuse to have the repairs done they don't guarantee the alignment. So the guy took my truck in and came back about 15 minutes later saying that I need needed both the upper and the lower joints and it would be $800. I refused the additional work and they did my alignment as best they could, anyway so they said. Upon leaving I paid my $69 and got a receipt but what was lacking was the computer print out of what work they actually did. When I asked him for the form that comes with the alignment and shows what and how many adjustments they made they said they couldn't not print it up for me because a printer was out of ink. So how do I really know what work was done? I again ask them and they said well you can go to the alignment machine and take a picture of what we did for your records so that's what I ended up doing. I am somewhat dissatisfied with that aspect of the work being that there is no real verification of what was actually done to my vehicle, for all I know I paid 69.00 bucks and the truck still the same.
