We arrived within the hour and pulled up to see our car was parked on Fort St, re-ended, police were already there with the driver that hit it writing the report. I walked in, there was a couple guys watching out the big window. No call to us about the accident, no apology. I was upset and asked who was paying for the damages since they put it on the road and wasnt paying a repair if i couldn't drive my car. They said they weren't responsible, it's on the public road and someone had to pay the bill. I left and left the car. My insurance can handle it. This place doesn't put its customers first. She made one stop then tried to start the car and it wouldn't start. 4-5 months ago she got a new battery and starter and had NO ISSUES with the car starting. It seems like too much of a coincidence that all of sudden the car won't start. I called and they refused to double check their work or to see what they made have done wrong or on accident in order for her to have this problem. Also, they were very rude to my girlfriend during the process of taking her car in. I have little sisters and female friends that I WOULD NEVER want them to experience something like this or deal with the anxiety of this type of situation. I'm not a bad person or complaining person that just wants to bash a company but I feel it is important to let the public know and to prevent anyone from dealing with this. Not only did they get me in quickly, they were very professional in attitude and service..Their pricing is on par, if not better than, most mechanic shops. But the best part....They didn't try to tell me I needed unnecessary work, or sell me unnecessary services. Sorry, there's 2 best parts...lol I was offered a ride home instead of waiting, but I kindly declined because it was a beautiful morning... and I didn't think it would take long to walk home. I do have some health issues, and what should have been a 20 minute walk at best, was just over an hour. Needless to say, I was exhausted. When it was time to pick up, I explained that I could kindly use that ride back to the shop. But the owner (I believe?) Ritchie, offered to do even better....his employees drove my car home to me. I waited 45 minutes and was patient before I got out of the car and asked how long the wait was gonna be. The ginger bearded guy was rude as hell. I used to get my oil changed here regularly and they are never "quick" by any means. But after their rude customer service I'll happily take my business elsewhere. There's literally an oil change place with kind people just across 75. No excuse to go to this business.
