I know full well how much of a clunker my old Ford sedan is, but needed to figure out why it kept stalling and if the throttle had anything to do with it. I have had poor experiences with prior auto shops trying to sell me all sorts of crap and services I don't need to keep my lemon running between work and home. From making the appointment over the phone to discussing the issue after his investigation, the gentleman I talked to (the son of the original founder and now owns the place) was incredibly respectful and professional. He explained that it was likely a computer issue and recommended to me the nearest Ford dealership to take it to. He even gave me a ride to work the morning I dropped off my car to him! Serious service!! I also got my oil changed which took 20 min per the gentleman I spoke with (Mike? Sorry I'm bad with names!) and with the 3.5% added fee for using card and not cash it came out to $35 bucks or so which is also not bad. Go here for trustworthy service!

I will never ever in life purchase a Cadillac or a prepaid maintenance plan or warranty from them…read moreever again everytime I deal with them for a major concern there's a problem even when I had purchased a third party extended warranty they treated me like garbage like I'm not a paying customer spending thousands for car and bs plans that they don't follow through on what dealership won't allow you to discuss thorough concerns with vehicle not just give u a sheet of paper with codes not a diagnosis without trying to upcharge you in hella fees I'm not paying $200 plus dollars for a diagnostic when I have a prepaid maintenance plan that includes you supposed to be inspecting my vehicle they barely put it up on a Lyft or even drove it around when I heard a lound sound took it to another shop just to confirm I had a wheel bearing and brakes and had them replaced at first another shop wasn't for sure which side was louder took and educated guess based on my video I recorded of the sound while driving it and all the dealer did was give me a sheet of paper with codes of all my tires I asked to speak to manager both David and Brian were very condescending and rude and disrespectful I never ever want to speak to them again I told Chris I wanted to file a formal complaint and how to go about doing that he just told me he agrees with the other shop most than likely but that's all Brian and David had to say and confirm it in my inspection of my vehicle and actually show me more then a 30 second video of nothing of the sorts not explain a single damn thing but tell me the inspection included in my prepaid maintenance plan is only a walk through when I know it to not be true I had this plan since 2016 and always have to remind them my plan states otherwise and not try to sell me bs and do their damn job o and by the way now they are saying they accept third party warranty so I renewed that but moving forward I know they won't fully follow their maintenance plans as soon as it ends next year I will not be going there for anymore services I'll have another shop using my services and my warranty can pay them for thorough work needed in the future Shame on you central Cadillac for ruining my dream car experience the last 10 yrs from hell

Ordinarily your service writers at auto dealerships up here and disappear on a frequent basis and there really is no stability but not this guy. This guy came with the woodwork. We are on Q7 number 2 from Audi of mentor and it's not just the sale that the service after the sale. Every single time this guy just does not fail to exceed all expectations. This particular Audi dealership has customers from as far away as Sandusky Columbus and Erie PA. Why? Aren't there Audi dealers in those cities? Yes but it's the service that you get at Audi of mentor. Shuttle service: they provide a shuttle service where they have a number of retirees that will drive you back and forth if you just need a ride home or they'll come pick your car up and then bring it back after service. What? Most dealerships also do a video where they explain what they found but the tech that worked on my car was particularly detailed and oriented to resolving my issue. Which was also followed up by a phone call and email from Pat. I went to go get it last night he said no don't worry about it we'll just deliver it in the morning and lo and behold at 8:30 in the morning my car showed up. For reference our Q7 was a Audi certified and we get treated like royalty at this place. Guarantee you we are going to go back.

The vehicle was not for me and I explained it to the sales person. The next day she called and yelled at me for wasting her time. She was very rude and unprofessional. Flash forward to present day, I did purchase a new Audi A6 from a store in Columbus. I have been having some troubles with it. I spoke with Audi USA about it and the issues. They contacted Audi Mentor, explained my issues, and asked if they could do the service on a Saturday, as I work during the week. They said they could not, but they could have someone pick up the vehicle for me. It took a week to get a hold of someone in their service department. When I finally did, I explained Audi USA told me they would pick up the vehicle for me. At first he said he would not because the vehicle was not under factory warranty. When I explained it is a 2024 and is absolutely under factory warranty, he now said they would not pick up the vehicle because I did not buy it from them. He was very rude. I would never purchase a vehicle from this store or even take a vehicle to be repaired.
