got to the Lube works and they had me move from an unoccupied lane to an occupied lane to help someone else they seemed to know. Then was told the oil change would be 69.00 dollars and some change. Then they came back out and changed the price to 74.00 dollars and change for a Toyota 4 runner. So far the customer service sucks and so does the price gauging. Every time I have been here they raise the prices. if you want value and not be taken for a ride go anywhere else. read more

Fast,attentive, and convenient but the guy that checks you out is rude and dismissive. Been coming here for years. Never had an issue. Rolled his eyes at me because I didn't know what oil was used. It was literally on the window tag. Will not return. Floresville needs more options for such a growing town. Never been asked that before so it caught me off guard. read more

Drive through oil change! Exactly what you've been missing, I promise! Super quick service or conveniently wait in your car to go through the line. They check and fill tires while you're waiting. Clean the windshield, and it's less than $65 for synthetic blend with 6 quarts. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. The man named Wes is possibly the most RUDE person I've ever met in my life! When I pulled up I needed an oil change. I parked and went to ask if I was in the correct place and the wait time. He yelled at me to go wait in my vehicle and said it would be ten minutes. TWENTY minutes later he comes up to me and asks for my insurance. I told him I do not need an inspection I just want an oil change as I told him twenty minutes ago. He rolls his eyes and tells me to move my car to the bays and said "well I'm just doing inspections" (I'm fuming at this point. That's why I had asked!) refused to even look at me he was busy running to the next car. No apology or anything for wasting my time! Everyone else there that assisted me after that AWFUL experience was great. read more

I have been going to Lube works for years. And I can say that I have always been treated with respect. Up until this last time. The man that approached my vehicle to ask what service I need was rude. I have never in all the years 20+ that I have gone there have I been asked to turn off my car. Whether if it was 100* or 30*. When he told me again to turn it off and I told him no that I was going to sit in my car he said that I could leave. And that I could be taken off the computer. What can I do!?! I left, went to take 5 waited in my car with it on. They brought me an ice cold water. And did what I needed with out being rude or disrespectful. Will I recommend Lube Works!?! There is literally no where else in Floresville to get an oil change. I guess I'll be doing my business in San Antonio from now on. I have gone twice now. Once for an oil change and once for an inspection. They are great! Fast and efficient at what they do. They were great at telling me my options and pricing. They aren't very personable but honestly I have never spent more than 15 minutes here so it didn't bother me. Will definitely return. read more
