They stated I had requested "expedited" shipment which automatically signed me up for a subscription. They claimed it was "clearly disclosed" at checkout. After seeing the number of similar complaints on the BBB website the disclosure is not clear, as stated. Direct purchases through their website are designed to mislead customers. NO preview of items ordering and then bingo, it's gone. Hit my credit card within minutes. I emailed them 10 mins later to cancel my order completely. Got a zillion bot replies that they're working on it. Received it almost a month later, but the whole while they were saying it was "shipped" and couldn't be stopped (within 10 minutes?). Now I fought to get a return authorization, which required pictures to be emailed, prior to shipping. Sent them the tracking number, as required. Finally got an email saying they'll let me know when credit is issued. Been 2 weeks now and I get the bot answer, we're working on it. Tried to get my credit card to fight for me because you should be able to cancel within minutes and I provided all my email efforts. They proved they shipped it (almost a month later with the unwanted items) and so I lost the dispute. Now I sent the product back, they have it, no refund. Bots run the service department and this company may have a good product, but you"d better use Amazon so you don't get scammed in to product you don't want and cannot return or even get a real response that means anything.
