    Panzo
    Derek R.

Working late one night. Co workers suggested we order the panzo from here. The panzo here we good. Nothing like pizza Pinos in Ajax tho. Ingredients were ok but there was basically no sauce. I would have like to have seen it a bit more full and definitely more sauce. Apparently sandwiches are good. I will return to try them.

We waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes and were told, "if you want quality, you will wait". We got dove wings and burnt pizza. Never again. The manager was a jerk and stated that he would give me 5 or 10 dollars off. Should have been free!

I was looking for local, non-franchized pizzeria when I found Luca Pizza a few months ago. It's all you can ask for in a pizza joint: local, conveniently located, reasonably priced, and always able to deliver delicious pizza. :) (And they usually get them done within 15-20 minutes!) I usually go for Canadian, though their Supreme is equally delicious. If you're tired of Domino's, Pizza Hut, Pizza Pizza, etc, give Luca Pizza a shot! You won't be disappointed.

Julie's special small. Absolutely minimal sauce, worse than fast food pizza in a MALL.

Dreadful. Food, delivery, everything. Average tasting crust. Absolutely no sauce on it, so dry. (I don't want it soaking wet, but I do want sauce on it!!) Toppings are ok, but not great. Quite expensive. And I could get much better from other true gourmet places, or frankly, pizza hut. Yelp is extremely reliable, I find, generally 90 percent of the time. However, it's EXTREMELY incorrect for this business! CASH ONLY. Yelp info is incorrect on that as well! The worst part? DELIVERY IS NOT FREE. There is a 20 dollar MINIMUM CHARGE. If you spend less, you have to pay the 20 BUCKS. And if you're home alone and ordering a small, you won't spend that, until they charge you the difference. This is ILLEGAL. Unless you are informed when ordering, which they choose not to do. It is also extremely unethical to not disclose such a minimum, each and every time that a customer calls. Frankly, it's a really bad way to keep a customer. Cause you won't!

An old one off that has existed as far back as i can remember. Located in a questionable mall, but not that bad. The pizza slices are well priced and tasty. The entire pizzas are also well priced. Not as a cheap as some of the alternatives, but it is a better pizza. I go by here every so often to pickup a slice or pizza to go. I give this place a 4/5 because the interior needs work.

    Great meat lovers Not greasy

If you love thin crust pizza like I do then you will love Luca Pizza. Not far from me at Dixie & Bloor I particularly like the cheese blend they use.

Menu WITH pricing...something that's lacking on their website.

Luca was my second choice the other night after Marconi's kept giving me a busy signal and if it were slightly closer (and the construction on Dixie Road wasn't so ridiculous) I'd actually make it my first choice for pizza more often. I'd never tried it before but had heard about it from someone or read about it on some 'best of Mississauga' list and really, it didn't disappoint. I was actually in a way preparing for disappointment for a number of reasons. Firstly there is no pricing anywhere on their website (that scares me), the guy on the phone was neither friendly nor particularly helpful (I was afraid he took my order wrong) and I've lately experienced a string of pizza disappointments, places that have solid reviews or reputations yet turned out to be decidedly average. Maybe all of this tempered my opinion but I was impressed with the pie. The cheese was not only very good but also piled on rather generously, something that I've noticed a lot of places aren't doing anymore (rising dairy prices, I guess). The crust was tasty and nicely cooked, though I'd probably ask for it well done next time...just my personal preference. Toppings were also more generous than I had initially thought (mostly covered by the cheese) and certainly fresh. All in all a very good pizza, one that I'd instantly rank as among the best independent pizza places in Mississauga with confidence. As for the price it wasn't super cheap but not as much of a fortune as I feared. It came to $21.60 with tax for a very good sized medium pizza with artichoke, sundried tomato and onions (plus a rather dinky dipping sauce). So roughly in line with what other similar places charge...see my review of Mickey's Pizza for a pretty detailed cost comparison. So I'd definitely recommend and again would probably even place it on my list of Mississauga's best, if I ever get around to actually making one!

YOU won't be disappointed this is lrg Canadian and small Super

Haven't had Papa John's in years and I remember why it's not my go to. Prices are pretty consistent with other chains like Pizza Pizza, Dominoes, etc and they have frequent discounts. BUT, the pizza is mediocre, a surprising step below other chains. If pizza hut is too greasy, Papa johns is the other extreme and not greasy enough. The alfredo sauce base was also very bland and runny compared to other chains where its actually creamy and thick. Staff are fine and location is great, but too bad the food is mid. Sides were mixed - the cinnamon bites were great. Fresh, not too sweet, and baked to perfection. The cheesy bread was kind of lukewarm, and similar to the pizza, lacked flavour. The garlic dipping sauce it came with was similarly bland, like butter mixed with olive oil, and added nothing to the bread. It tasted a lot better by adding heavy Italian seasoning to it ( which I had at home) The pizza was subpar - main issues are that it's dry and thin. There's not enough sauce, the dough is a bit flat / not greasy enough, so it's honestly a bit like eating cardboard. Topping amount was solid but nothing mind blowing. The pizza is thin but unlike a specialty shop or restaurant, it's not crisp, so it also doesn't scratch that itch. Maybe it's just not my taste but I enjoy pizza with discernible sauce on it and more flavour. This was about the same as baking a pizza from the grocery store. Like others said, many other options and pizza is a guilty pleasure so I likely won't return to use up my cheat day on this stuff.

It's Halloween today so I thought I'd make it easy for me and order us all pizza before we went out trick or treating. I preordered at 2 45pm for delivery at 4 45pm. My order didn't come until 6pm! I had called them twice and was told my order was on its way. When I asked for my money back during the second call (and my order had still not arrived), I was told that they couldn't do it and were too busy to find my receipt. This is unacceptable. I work out of town for weeks at a time and I was placed in oakville with accommodations. I'm given a daily allowance and chose to try 341 pizza. After messing up a pizza, they wanted me to accept the fact it was wrong. I didn't. They tried to tell me next time I can have a credit, I declined. (Never tried this place before and the first time I did I had issues, why try again?) They send the owner to my hotel with my replacement pizza and asked me for the wrong pizza back. Hesitant, I showed them the incorrect pizza I never ordered, and they asked for the pizza back, so they could "show the employee what they did wrong" Because I wasn't going to eat the pizza that had toppings that'd kill me on it, they took it back. No apology, no coupon as a sorry... No reimbursement of any kind... They requested I stay up later than I had to, to replace an item I paid for hours before, hoping to catch me in a lie. There's a reason cheap places are cheap, and this place is a RED FLAG! Stay away from 341! The numbers are weird. The management and owners are weird and the way they think business should be handled is weird.
