Brandon was incredibly helpful and professional and asked me to stop by so he could have a look. It was a great experience: convenience of a loaner, on-time service, honest review of service needed and what should be done soon. The difference being that the dealer seemed to upcharge on what is needed and what coud be done. Their overhead charges and labor costs were extreme as well. That said, Autowerks charges a fair amount on labor and additional "Phantom" time did not appear on my bill. Give them a try.
